Chef Marshall is really cooking up some wonderful food. Tuesdays are "Tasting Tuesday" where chef features a menu item and an off menu item and pairs them with wine to enhance the taste. I can't say enough good things about Alayna, Chef Marshall and the rest of the crew at SV.

We discovered this treat about a month ago. You can order a flight tasting of wines or a glass of wine. One of the best things about this place is the tapas. They are designed by a food artist (Sherry) and not only does the food look great, it is phenomenal in taste. We have been there several times now and have never had a bad meal. Along with the wine, it makes a great evening for adults. They also have a limited number of draft beers if that appeals to you more than wine. There is also canned and bottle beer as well. You need to order the charcuterie; it is a full meal.

The food is amazing (you have to try their outstanding charcuterie boards and any special they have), the wine selection is great, but the service is what sets them apart from anywhere else. We hosted a little get together for a friend that’s moving to a job in another county and I’m so pleased with how everything turned out. I always love finding and supporting local spots in our area. This cute little wine bar was a busy spot on a Thursday night. This was my first stop here and will definitely be back. They have a wine cellar where you can pick out your wine and they will uncork for you. I did not get to Try the food but menu looked great. They have Trivia on Thursday nights. I also found out they have a brunch that a Local sitting next to me said was fantastic. I look forward to going back for another visit!

I will start by saying the wine here is fabulous and even better are the finger foods! The jalapeño poppers are a must try! The staff was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Now to the not so fabulous... None of the chairs are made for anyone over 5'5". Neither myself or my date could sit comfortably on the barstools or at the tables. They are so so tiny and very uncomfortable. My only other complaint is the music. When I go to a wine bar, I expect some thing like jazz or classical music just something super mellow playing maybe even something like Jack Johnson. However, the music chosen for the night was Metallica and bands similar to that. I will definitely go back for the wine and the food. However, my stay will not be long because I cannot be comfortable in the chairs and also the music is shit.
