Associate at the counter called me out for not tipping on the stupid machine they force feed every single customer. 16 dollars for 2 coffees that taste worse than when I make them myself at home. The associate told me there is also a cash tip jar, asked me why I didn’t tip and told me I must not be from around here because everyone around here helps us with tips. After all of this one of the coffees was completely wrong. They had the guts to tell me how hard they work making coffee but they can’t even get the order correct. My best advice, don’t expect tips or handouts from everyone. Provide the best service to everyone to keep them returning whether they tip or not.

I am a local and should have known better than to come here. It was close to where I was working and decided to get something downtown rather than a chain. I ordered a special: peppermint white chocolate cold brew. It didn’t have any peppermint flavor at all and the coffee was super basic and not quality. I spent $6 on a little coffee drink (that’s including a dollar tip for the girls). Honestly wouldn’t go back because the drink was bad for the price and this is really a place for tourists only.

Ice coffee was actually really good for a small coffee shop. The latte was ok not that great. Wish they would have been a little more

Amazing coffee. My wife and I came here almost every morning on our trip. The baristas were friendly and this little place has a great vibe . Weather you like coffee hot or cold or just want a snack stop by here and enjoy.

Quaint, friendly shop. Offers not just coffee, but also an assortment of bottled & canned beverages, including soda, juice, beer & wine. I enjoyed a shot of espresso, which had a beautiful crema. It was so good that I bought a bag of the House Blend to bring home to my parents.

This location is nothing short of a perfect old town experience. The staff, the quality of the coffee beans, the pastries, and the crafting of each gourmet drink is a delight to be a part of. My senses were satisfied. I'm so happy I found this St. Augustine gem. Everyone should visit this shop!

Just to help others when you go. You must ask for whatever size, they won't ask you and only put in for a small. They are missing revenue with doing that there imo. Next, keep it simple the barista got super stressed while we were there and yes it was busy so there's that. (Things were wrong, people taking other people's drinks, all kinds of stress was happening)Now, if you want a matcha tea, they are steaming it in milk, not a traditional tea and when you bring it up you'll be schooled that "steamed in milk is the traditional way to make matcha" their words verbatim ? (even though it's not) so had to have it remade through all the huffs. (Granted she was stressed tf out) but still matcha isn't a laté unless it's ordered as a laté and a laté wasn't ordered so try not to belittle the customer for no reason. Matcha is amazing when treated properly and should be in hot water (not brewed) and if being made into a laté the milk is to be frothed separately (traditionally) as high heat hurts and scorches the matcha. Just like you'd make a coffee laté, hope that info helps...The flavors and roast were good for the coffee drinks ordered. Matcha was bitter as it was unfortunately scorched. Hot chocolates were blah though. Cute spot, nice guy taking orders and trying to keep barista calm. He was very friendly and accommodating.

Coffee is decent. Food is some packaged factory stuff. Probably best if you like heavily flavored, sweet drinks. The owner is sweet. The prices are insane, but I respect them for what they do. Its a prime location.

Do not get their smoothie. It's literally a tiny amount of juice blended with water and ice. I saw her make it and realized I paid $8 for an ounce of juice. It tasted really bland. We got the creme brule latte and not a hint of creme brule. Very disappointed for two spending $20 for two drinks + tips and having to throw both away shortly
