Beautiful shop with a fabulous aroma when you walk in.Purchased several different items and some were terrific and, unfortunately, others were awful. I think the issue was not the quality of the baked item, but rather, they were baked a while ago and either tasted stale or had refrigerator burn...Very disappointed

We were in town this week from out of state. It was my moms birthday today. I really wanted her to have a nice cake but didn’t know of any good places, because we are not from around here. I called in to order a custom 8’ layered chocolate cake yesterday, and it was ready this morning, in less than 24 hours from me ordering it! The lady on the phone and in the store was so kind and helpful. The store was so cute and decorative, with treats great for any occasion. And the cake was one of the yummiest and richest chocolate cakes I have ever had! My whole family and I really enjoyed it. I would recommend this place to anyone! Seriously the prettiest and most perfect cake for my amazing mom! :)

We had less than a week to plan a wedding because of a threat of hurricane in our area and I called Lisa and she helped us out on very short notice. The cupcakes were delicious and beautiful!! Thank you so much for your kindness during a very stressful time for us.

Beautiful specialty shop. Fantastic customer service. Very customer friendly. Gluten free and vegan selections. Try the carrot cake and vanilla gluten free cupcakes. Sooo delicious! Highly recommend.

Stopped in for a quick bite before my rehab next door. I am a baker myself. I loved the biscuits as well as the peanut butter ball. She warmed the biscuit up for me and the peanut butter ball was perfect. I'll definitely be back!

Had a family vacation in St. Augustine in July. Found this bakery and fell in love with the place. We visited everyday. My family surprised me with a birthday cake from here. AMAZING!!! I put half in the freezer just so I can keep some for later. All my cake is gone and I am trying to find a reason to go back for more. Would recommend to everyone!

Asked to have a cupcake cake made to look like a graduation cap for my son while on a mini vacation. Let’s face it 2020 ripped the Senior class off big time and they missed most things Seniors take for granted! Well low and behold the cake turned out just like 2020... Very expensive and poorly done! I would expect this from the Wal Mart Bakery but honestly they may have done a better job! I hope it taste good because it looks like hell!

Fantastic Service, My sister has celiac disease so she cannot have Gluten at all or she gets violently ill. Sugar Island had Gluten free cupcakes just for her.

Lisa and her crew did an excellent job for us! I called from up in NC and she prepared and delivered a wonderful bunch of cookies and cupcakes to our very old step mom in a nursing home in St Augustine. They were very well received and we got glowing remarks about how great they looked and tasty. Our step mom said more than 5 times in a recent phone call how great they tasted. I would recommend the service and products at this location anytime! Thank you again Lisa!

I have to share the experience I just had with this company. They/Lisa won my heart forever. With Flagler College Graduation being postponed and not being able to be with my daughter in her "graduation day", I wanted to do something special for her. I had hoped to have some flowers and a cake delivered to her. Unfortunately, Lisa informed me they no longer deliver. BUT she called me back 5 minutes later to tell me she is going to make this happen for my daughter. She too was a Flagler Mom and get's it. I am forever grateful that human compassion still exists and all the more reason to support small businesses.
