My wife and I did our rehearsal dinner at the taberna and they were phenomenal. The food was sneaky good, I would definitely recommend the plantains, the beans, and most importantly the short rib. The bacon wrapped scallops rocked too!Autumn and her team took tremendous care of our whole group. I can’t say thank you enough.

Nice outdoor seating, very dog friendly. We had the clam chowder, fried shrimp basket and my husband had the oysters. The sauces are amazing especially the datil hot sauce, and the lime slaw!

The taberna is non existent , we were told they keep the sign up for nostalgia. This menu online should be taken down, we were quite disappointed to find seafood and not Spanish cuisine. I'm sure the new owners of the seafood company are fine, but the false advertising is not.

Everything was wonderful. The food was very good. Not perfect, but almost there. The Sangria it's just perfect. The workers are so kind and always aware of our needs. It's an solid NEAR 5.Don't expect a great touristic place. It's just a place to go with locals and friends.

So disappointed! We loved Taberna del Caballo! But it no longer exists, the sign is still there but it is now a Seafood place?. More expensive and the food is not as good.I had this seafood places signature Anchor Burger… in no way compares with the amazing 1565 Burger! (Plus I ordered it medium rare and received a well done burger.) Normally I would not have accepted it well done, but they were understaffed and we had already waited almost an hour for food. Will not return.

Service kind of slow! Cute little place. Just grabbed a ginger beer here and I loved it! Spicy too! Made in the USA! We were not hungry maybe next time in town we'll try a bite. Told my husband that I even love the color of the beer. Hubby got Blue Chiar spice rum with coke. They don't carry Captain Morgan spice rum. Kind of dark which I really don't care for dark places but it wasn't too bad. Service can be better!

Drinks and apps were great. Good atmosphere. Ordered Florida Mule and olive martinis and it was made to perfection. Conch fritters were also a highlight.

Popped in for some oysters. SO fresh! I came in thinking I'd share half a dozen, but ended up having 9 each.

It was a cute little spot amidst all the shopping. I think if they had a few cocktail tables out front in view of shops it would attract more attention. My husband thankfully spotted it coming out of the public RR, as it is kind of hidden. There are so many signs/shops distracting you, that we think they'd draw more attention with something like a few table Ms out front. Very cute, quaint spot with great drinks and the food looked good even though we didn't eat there. Nice, quiet ambiance.

We were looking forward to dining here based on the Google reviews, pictures and the info posted on their website. Our experience was rather disappointing, the service was mediocre at best, the drink options were very limited and the posted menu hasn't been updated to reflect the currently very limited and frankly unappealing selection. We ended up just having a glass of wine (the only option available by the glass). The bar tender was unwelcoming and seemed almost harassed by our presence and gave us a recommendation to try a restaurant next door. Will not be back.

Great atmosphere and good drinks, we only had the clam chowder fries but they were delicious. Cool place.

They have great drinks and the raw oysters where to die for. Will definitely go again. Oh and all at a great price.
