I usually go here in the morning before work and everyone is always really nice. Very chill as well. Sometimes the smoothies aren’t 100% fully mixed, leaving them chunky, but that’s alright! Still delicious.

This location is my favorite! I live in Orlando but I work here sometimes & this is my go to for breakfast or lunch smoothies. I place an order on the app & my smoothie is ALWAYS waiting for me. I love that cause there is usually a line here. My smoothies are consistently great & l the staff here is very friendly!

One of the few times I have a negative one. The young lady behind the counter did not smile once. Even after mine and my friends attempts to get her to, still nothing. She did not, I feel, want to be at work today and ended up very grumpy. I'm sure that whatever that was, also poured into my smoothie aswell. Today it was almost tasteless but also bitter at the same time. I had my friend try it and she agreed.

I come here all the time and the food here is delightful my favorite is the grilled cheese sandwich or a quesadilla. there is amazing quick service also this is a very clean and cute cafe. The smoothies are definitely up to the hype.

Best location I’ve been to. The employees show excellent customer service skills and the products are prepared efficiently. They also show pride in this location . I even watched them clean the display shelves and just keep doing what needs to be done to take great care. No one stands around idly.. it sure displays a high work ethic and pride.

This team is fantastic! I ordered on the Tropical Smoothie app, and DoorDash was supposed to deliver it. The driver didn't give me my whole order, and handed me someone else's receipt. And while DoorDash was giving me a run around on the phone and not taking responsibility, this team made it right, even though it wasn't their fault. They made my food again, and it was perfect! This is the only Tropical Smoothie that I'll visit!

Ordered 1 Avocado Gilled Cheese, 2 Super Green Caesar Chicken and 3 Smoothies all the food tasted great. Service was a little slow but the restaurant was clean and the Staff was very kind!

Almost just swallowed this plastic bag plastic piece which was in the middle of my wrap... super dangerous and so glad that it was me and not my toddler who I occasionally let eat here. Definitely weary of going back.
