I have been coming to Vinces for over ten years. It has a great atmosphere, and the owners are amazing. When I’m there, it feels like home, and everyone knows everyone because of all the regulars. I have met great people here and had wonderful conversations.Vegetarian options: If you ask they can make it the way you want it.Dietary restrictions: If you ask they can make it the way you want it.Parking: Lots of parking with handicapped parking.Kid-friendliness: It's very kid-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm a paraplegic full-time wheelchair user. I can say everything is wheelchair accessible except the bathroom. The door going into the bathroom weighs a ton, and it is difficult for someone in a wheelchair, Walker, or anyone with a physical disability to open the door. Still, please understand that Vinces Sandwich Shop is not responsible for this. It's on the bank that they are located in. The bank needs to address this as it's not ADA-compliant, as well as the toilet paper holder and door knob.

Its everything you expect a hole-in-the-wall style mom and pop shop, atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was great (great prices too). Service was exceptional; nice, fast, and attentive. Hands down, this place deserves more customers, thats why you should eat here instead of a chain restaurant.
Don’t be mistaken by this restaurants 4.8 stars, I can assure you it’s a 5 STAR eating establishment. My first experience was unbelievable. After being recommended to eat here I mistakenly proceeded to show up over an hour after closing (I don’t recommend nor will I do this again) and instead of being kicked to the curb I was kindly greeted and asked to take a look at the menu of what was available. I placed my order and when my sandwich was ready instead of being showed the door those working showed interest in what I did for a living and also recommended easier ways for me to order with my colleagues. OH AND THE SANDWHICH WAS THE BEST IN ST AUGUSTINE! Thanks Vince’s I look forward to eating here a couple times a week ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tried this place for the first time today. The sandwiches were delicious! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Prices were very reasonable. They are located inside the bank plaza. We entered through the side of the building and it was labeled with Vinces Sandwich Shop on the door. Nice quaint place to have a good meal.
