Came after a theater performance for a late night dinner, one older lady was our waiter (didnt catch her name) Was so rude and embarrassingly unwelcoming that she made half our group leave 10 minutes in without even buying food, she then continued to side eye the rest of us and say we were too loud in a "family establishment" definitely was a teenage hater. Our other waiter, Cathy was so welcoming and kind to our group of 15+ kids and got our food and drinks out fast and fresh, she was absolutely wonderful and so nice like a kind grandma. Cathy definitely deserves a raise because what she makes definitely isnt enough! But if you're coming with teens would not recommend if that other worker is there.

This was my travel treat: steak and eggs with nothing else but hot black coffee. So, a no carb tasty breakfast. Great service including a coffee to go (he asked if I wanted one!). Clean restroom. Can't beat this option on the road. I'm a Waffle House fan!! Thank You!Dietary restrictions: I had steak and eggs with no carbs (side dishes).

It's not often that I go to Waffle House but when I do, I definitely get a waffle! With pecans please. Just as I remembered..delicious!

I came with two friends. We are all teenage girls.Our waitress was an older woman. She talked so low and crackly we had to lean in to understand what she was saying. When ordering my meal, she asked what waffle I wanted. My menu item didn’t include a waffle, so I of course was confused. She got very annoyed and passively aggressively explained that another completely different item came with a waffle, and asked if I wanted it. I said no, because that’s not part of the item I ordered.She continued to be inconvenienced by our presence for the rest of our time there. Constantly sighing when we were nothing but respectful.After we had gotten our food, a group of obviously drunk people walked in. We don’t care. This is a Waffle House at 10:30pm. That’s the norm. They decide to sit right next to us. We are having a normal conversation. We’re not being loud at all, just laughing and having a good time. Yet our waitress comes over to us and says “You girls need to quiet down. This is a family establishment and these people are trying to have a nice meal.” I really doubt these drunk people who had just come from a party are allergic to joy and laughter. Plus, we aren’t even being loud. And ITS A WAFFLE HOUSE! I love Waffle House but it’s not exactly a five star restaurant. And if these people wanted silence they wouldn’t sit next to some of the only other people eating. I truly down they complained to her. She’s just miserable.Later, our waitress walks by us, and my friend politely stops her and asks if we can get some food to-go. She gets very irritated and says “I can’t do that right now. There are other people here besides you.” I might BEGIN to understand this if it weren’t for the fact it was not busy at all. There were maybe three other tables there, and there was another waitress working so she was by no means too occupied for this. She says she will come back to our table, but in the next 15 minutes she doesn’t. My friends dad comes in and asks for the check and again for the to-go order. She finally takes it and claims she was going to, like we were just being impatient. It was like she was trying to get this teenage girl in trouble with her father. Very weird.I would like to add that the other waitress was very kind. I wish we had her.I saw another post on here with the same experience as us posted 2 hours after we had left! It seems like she just hates teenagers.

The only restaurant that knows how to make proper scrambled eggs. Most make scrambled omelettes. Different texture and different taste.The food is always delicious, the servers are efficient & fun to kid around with. The atmosphere... It's Waffle House give me a break! You ain't going there for the atmosphere. You're going there for great food and coffee.
Good morning, I am a truck driver and for more than 15 years I have had breakfast at this establishment and I have never heard what the lady who was sitting told me. There are people who told me that I couldn't sit at the table because I was alone and the bus was full, so where am I? what to sit ???????

Food was good nothing to write home about but I just stopped in because it was rush hour and didn’t want to want in traffic was hungry and haven’t been in quite a while. No matter how good the food is or how convenient the location is if I'm somehow a burden or my business isn’t appreciated then I’ll go somewhere where I am appreciated. No reason for anyone to be that rude for doing nothing more than ordering food and picking it up.

It’s waffle house. Same food for 20 years. Same friendly staff, same atmosphere, same building and colors. Know what? Perfect!The staff here are incredible friendly and the food is always buttery goodness.
