We put in a mobile order. We got there and they were NOT busy at all. They asked us to park and said they would bring the food out. My first thought was, great we will get hot fresh food. NOPE! It tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. The buns were so stale and the fries were the same. So why did we have to park and wait for last weeks food? To say we were disappointed was an understatement.

I ordered the New Nacho Burger and the burger I got was NOT made how it was supposed to be! The bun was supposed to be the jalapeño bun, I got a a plain regular bun, the tortilla toppings weren't even on it...it was HORRIBLE! Amd not what I paid for!

Thank Lord the people who work here are the best people you can find in a chain fast food. Nice and Hard working. but this Wendy’s is GROSS! It should have been revamped 5 years ago go. The carpets you can’t really tell what they are, is now a black coat of grease and the overall smell of this location is sickening. it just makes me wonder how the back and kitchen look like.

for being short staffed and trying to handle the long lines, the guys working there late at night were amazing and made sure things were correct. y’all are awesome ?

#1 ⭐ The lady at the window was nice and my order was correct I'm upset with having to sit in line for 30 minutes of my Hour lunch break however the chilli was water with a side of little floating pieces of I hate my job and don't care about customer satisfaction and that I didn't get any meat with my ? water.I'll be sure to put in a job application for my 2 year old so he can eat his lunch then drink from water mix it up and put it in a cup and eat that so I at least have more floaters in my water.

Would it be too much to ask you guys to label stuff? My wife and I order a number 4 classic and the number 6 classic spicy every time and then wind up playing the guessing game. Extremely frustrating we remind y’all every time you still refuse. Regardless 5 star, I’m hoping it’s because your boss needs to buy you a marker.
