Well let's start with, my chicken sandwich had tons of mayonnaise, I had to take a napkin and take off the excess. The soda machine, OMG!!, that was dirty as hell! Looks like it was not cleaned in days!!. The manager was on site. Also, the two dispensers for the ketchup were empty, and no straw was available. You can judge by the pictures. I may not stop here again. No receipt was provided for my purchase so was not able to report it in the survey.Parking: Limited spots.

i used to work for wendy’s a couple years ago… never ever have we closed at 7:30 pm because of being short staffed…and believe me we were very short staffed. the other location on US1 was also short staffed with a long line and guess what they got it running with just 2-3 people in there. that is an excuse. not only that but the girl with the colored hair working in the drive through was very rude and it’s disappointing when multiple people had the same experience with the same person at this location. i get it working in the fast food industry is hard, i’ve been there and it’s stressful…but don’t be rude…

Sat in drive thru for ten minutes before I was able to get to the speaker box to put in my order. Was immediately told that they would not take any more orders until they have completed all the current orders and suggested I try another location.Never in my life have I ever had a restaurant refuse business due to being backed up. I watched at least 10 more cars pull up and leave as they received the same information from the person working the drive thru.As I pulled around the worker in the window was playing on their phone. Unbelievable.Get some competent employees and your business may strive! Smdh!!!

Family and I were driving through on vacation and the women taking the order was extremely unprofessional. As we ordered she asked us to hold them got attitude when we inquired to start, then as we continued to order she made a rude comment to the volume of our order. After waiting for over 7min from the car in front of us, the same worker asked us to pull forward to wait for fries. We refused and requested our money back. Shocked from that reply, they immediately presented us our food. Avoid this location until they train or replace their workforce with respectful workers

Never coming back, first had to remind them that they forgot our 10pc nuggets, then arrive home to find out they gave me a junior burger instead of the pretzel baconator. How hard is it to read an order right the first time.
