This store was very dirty. All the tables were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been moped in weeks or longer. Food and dust piled up by the baseboards and under tables. Watched one of the workers put her hair up into a bun and didn't wash her hands afterwards, she just went back to work. Food was good though. ?

Place was dirty looks like they had a party the previous night and never cleaned up, they advertise for breakfast but when we visited at 11a.m. chairs were still on the tables. The bathroom sinks looks dirtier than the toilets.

When I was getting my lunch I asked no onions When I got my lunch I had no toppings they got everything right except for My Burger.

Kiosk was a hassle, had to walk over to the counter to pay with cash. Then they couldn't find our order, we were the only ones in the lobby. Manager said he was confused because they weren't serving breakfast. Place was filthy and the bathrooms were nasty!!!
I’m traveling stopped to pickup honey butter biscuits and oatmeal bars. They did not put my receipt in bag so I checked my account to find out they charged $20 plus dollars for four biscuits and 2 oatmeal bars. When I opened what I thought were the honey buttered biscuits I found out they did not give us honey buttered biscuits but biscuits with chicken and no honey. Unfortunately there was no way to go back as we were already too far on I 95 to return and with no receipt I was out $20 for something I could not eat. This deserves 0 stars there staff should reconfirm the order as well as the meal was not edible what a waste.

Don’t even try to dine in bc the lock the door when they are “short or personal” don even bother if you need to use the restroom they just keep looking at you from inside and even though they’re working the store keeps closed.

I would give this a zero if possible ONLY due to HORRIBLE service. Our second time yesterday. Same exact experience as first time 6 months ago! When we entered there were maybe 4 or 5 people. By the time we got our food TWENTY MINUTES LATER, there were 19 people that had also been waiting AT LEAST that long. If you ask for something, employees look like you are speaking a different language, and then slowly make their way to try and fulfill your request (packets of Mayo was our request). Worst Wendy’s we have EVER been to!!! And it’s not a one-off; apparently it’s consistently horrible.

I have never written a review of a restaurant before but I was so appalled by the condition of this place I feel compelled. Floor was filthy, no one was in the dining room but every table was dirty. Every trash can was overflowing and the bathroom was disgusting. The soda dispenser had soda sprayed all over the enclosure and was caked on like it had been that way a week. Employees were dirty looking and very unfriendly. Screen on kiosk might infect you. I can see from the other reviews this is ongoing and evidently no one cares
