After being contacted by the company asking if I would give them another try and I did. Have to say that they meant what they said about improving on service and consistency of menu items. I still do not agree with their tipping system. A person is asked at checkout to tip before receiving their menu items. How do you know if your service will be good or if the menu item will be as expected? Lots of places do this but that doesn't make it right. Tipping is for good service. You can't tip for good service if you haven't received it yet. Other than that, I highly recommend you try Whits.

We had Whit’s cater our wedding with a custard sundae bar! Teresa was my point of contact and she is the sweetest and cares so much about providing great service and products. Pricing was just right too! All of our guests raved about the custard and were so excited when Whit’s showed up. Thank you to Teresa and Jamie for making our day a little sweeter! ❤️

Best custard around - hands down. My favorite is Tocoi Creek Madness. It's peanut buttery - chocolatey deliciousness!! Their custard cakes are incredible too - that's our go to place for an awesome birthday cake!

Love Whits and their yummy concoctions. It's too bad they don't make their offerings with a choice of dairy free/vegan ice cream. You can buy some from their freezer but it's not the same when the rest of your friends or family are eating freshly made ice cream treats.

Amazing custard! Have NEVER had a bad visit to this location, regardless of time of arrival (have even arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and was still welcomed!) can't scream this enough! The custard is more than amazing! The ambiance is inviting! Highly recommended!
