Has improper hours posted on Uber Eats. For a dark kitchen this is unacceptable.

Ordered off Grubhub and they forgot half my order. I don't even want to eat it now as my beverages didn't come with my dinner.

Ordered via uber eats tonight and was astonished by the abhorrent, vile slop that we were delivered. Portion pictures on the site were absolutely not representative of the mercifully small volume which arrived, (this is the only negative thing that actually turned out to be a positive!) Comically small portions vs what was shown on uber eats and I can confidently say that this is some of the worst "food" I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. Everything alternated between various aspects of overcooked, undercooked, underseasoned, overseasoned and was very clearly frozen before being thrown into what I can only assume was a quick spin in the microwave. The buns were puzzlingly bottomed with paper, which stuck to the buns, got soggy and tore easily when removed. The "meat" inside them is an insult even to the lowest quality you could possibly imagine. The food was foul, borderline inedible, and the only thing good I can say about it is that I don't ever have to have it inflicted on me again. Hopefully this review will warn others against a first bite.

Appropriately named because WOW, this tastes amazing. The potstickers are the best we've ever had from anywhere and I am so happy I took a chance on this restaurant...it's a new favorite.

Ordered online for pickup. Was ready when we arrived at the appointed time. But that was where the positive experience ended. Nearly all aspects of the meal were disappointing from the dumplings to the spring rolls to the main entrees. the only items that were perhaps acceptable were the baos and two dipping sauces. definitely not going back. I realize that this is a fast food / take out place but you would easily do better buying items in your grocery store frozen food aisle. Just hoping now that we do not get a stomach ache.

Very bad for the price. Your better choice is go to Trader Joe's and cook the frozen dumplings from there

We ordered a family meal that was supposed to serve 4-6. It doesn't. A very skimpy serving for 4....more like 3.5. This is not tasty adventurous food. It is on the bland side. The Bao buns appear to be factory manufactured rather then home made. Overpriced for what was delivered.

Delicious and original! I love eating here because I know it will be delicious and like nothing else near by!

Wow Bao is a great little fast food spot in my neighborhood. It's fast, easy, inexpensive and tasty! They used to have little cubicles to pick up your food once you order yourself at a digital kiosk. You would never see anyone. Now you can order there or at a counter manned by humans. I must admit, the little cubbies were fun. They have a variety of flavors and have added a couple of new ones, such as pizza and cheeseburger. They also have dessert baos. I always get the whole wheat vegetable and it is always a flavorful, perfectly steamed bun. When I want a quick snack, I grab a bao or two. But they also have salads, soup, bowls, potstickers and dumplings. There's so much in one little place. They even have kiddie meals called Lil' Bunz. Cute!

Surprised this place has more than 3 stars. I was excited to try it, but was very disappointed. I never review places, but felt I needed to try and offset the high reviews of this place because it really was that bad. Food was poor quality - think high school cafeteria "Asian food" station quality. It was basically a frozen dinner that they warmed up and put into a take out container. The baos were... okay... the bun had the texture of yoga mats and the teriyaki was just a like warm mush in the center that barely had any flavor. Stay away from this place! This is literally an outright scam. They do a good job of hiding it, but once you've paid and are ready to eat you are fully aware of the poor experience you are going to have.

Really underwhelming. The bowl with Thai curry on lo mein noodles was overly salty, lacked spice and the chicken was tiny little cat food-style pieces. Unappealing. The bao was boring and tasted like nothing. Not cheap either, but I will say it was super clean which is appreciated. Not recommended.

Hidden gem of a place; ONLY orders through delivery app/services (due to location) but were SUPER kind to let us order in person for a miscommunication. Wonderful people and definitely worth the time if you see it available through any/all delivery services!

What a delicious meal we ordered. Door Dash came working 15 min of order finishing. Highly recommend Mongolian Beef and BBQ bao as well as the dessert bao. The ? teriyaki and orange chicken were so good!! Perfectly seasoned and not overly sweet. No oily film on our tongues like most Asian take out places.

The only "wow" for this place is for how they’re unable to cook white rice properly. The orange chicken and Kung Pao bowls we ordered were complete let-downs. Flavor was ok but chicken was minced very fine and the rice was unbelievably soggy and overcooked. If it were a contest between their version and Panda Express', they would easily lose to the big chunks of meat and vegetables (and even plain rice!) consistently offered at Panda. The potstickers and bao were just OK. We got the ginger chicken potstickers and a variety of different bao. You'd think if they named a place after a dish, that's the one thing they do better than anybody else. Sadly, this is not the case. The bao dough was stiff, not fluffy like you could expect from any dim sum place. The filling was fine but nothing to write home about. Same with the potstickers. If it makes any difference, they’re a ghost kitchen operating out of Sizzler. You'd be better off ordering from any local Chinese place or even *gasp* Panda!
