Customer service this evening was horrible. The young girl 'Nylev' that took my order was way more interested in gossiping with her co workers than attending to the customers waiting. So unprofessional! Order placed at 6:10, received my order at 6:25 after having to ask about it.

Very disappointed went through the drive thru bought the new cheese balls ,but they weren't like the cheese balls shown on the board, they are made with nasty tasting imitation cheese& are frozen junk food and they tasted horrible, I had pieces as little as peas! , I tried the funnel cake, it was disappointing because it was no bigger than the palm of my hand , the powdered sugar was wet because the funnel cake was sitting there and was not made fresh by order. I ordered the 4 piece meal and when I got home I only had 3 pieces of chicken in the box and the fries were seasoned so much it was overwhelming to the point of having to drink something quickly. I won't be going back to thus zaxbys on state road 16 again. You get fries, butthey never give you ketchup; when you request it. but you get big containers of ranch? Please train your drive thru cashier's better, with listening, checking the bag to make sure everything is correct in the boxes as well as the condiments and straws and napkins and fir God sake make sure people's food is hot!

What is the point of ordering ahead online if they make you wait WELL after you placed your order? The restaurant was empty. There were very few cars going through the lot. I asked for a receipt and was not given one. No one knew how to print it. Zaxby’s 0 stars.

Stepped in gum in the parking lot, asked for a 5 finger plate, got charged for meal only received the 5 tenders, guy sitting next to me smelled like old pasta noodles

Very very nice staff, I messed up on explaining my order and got the wrong food and Jaydn made sure he alerted the manager and they all took care of me and my daughters by replacing our meal with no hesitation or bother. Now a days it’s sort of a hassle to find good customer service but the staff here was so patient it was very good to know good customer service still exists.

The fries had way to much seasoning on them. My chicken was cold and my husband ordered double fries. Hahaha they charged us and it looked like a single order. Not worth the $21.00 go somewhere else

They forgot to give me a drink when I checked out which I had to ask for. I wish I checked everything before I left because they never gave the dressing for the salad. Definitely not worth $11 for the salad. Even if they provided the dressing I could tell the salad wasn't very fresh. It was a decent size though, but not worth the value.
The person who took our order was pleasant and professional. The restaurant was clean with a fun country decor. Good food too, but too salty.

This one is good! Employees are always friendly, and food usually come out quick. At one point, a lady ordered $80 worth of food and it was still out in minutes, piping hot. If you need a quick bite to eat and don’t have much time, this is the place to go.
