Oof. Pretty rough. The best thing about this place is the paper menu taped to the counter so that people who cannot communicate verbally can still order. They simply point at what they want. Pretty clever and cheaper than an ordering kiosk. Humorously, the Burger King app refuses to acknowledge that this location exists.

STAY AWAY. No matter if you ordered ahead online, no customer, still be ready to wait half an hour for a single whopper. No management to be seen. Lack of staff. Just a bunch of kids trying to run the joint. Employees poorly trained. I feel bad for the employees and the people that mistaken have to bought food here. Dirty, run down interior. Whooper tastes off.

Worst experience ever. Staff screaming at each other to get their attention. They didn’t listen to what I was ordering and none of my order specifics were met. The manager was MIA. My order finally came out, BTW I was the only customer at the time, and they forgot my soda and my fries were served with salt after telling them twice without salt. They make two more batches of fries again with salt. I left and this will be my last time there. Horrible place

I had stopped visiting this store, because it stank of old oil, it was always dirty, the food was bad and sometimes not even the employees were there.But I gave it the opportunity again yesterday and there was a super positive change, Juan served me super helpful, attentive, friendly and my order came out super fast.The food was fresh with a good taste.The store was beautifully decorated with wreaths ?, the bathrooms and floors were clean and the store did not stink of old oil.Now I still visit it, especially at breakfast time, which I loved.I went at 9:45amParking: It was cleanWheelchair accessibility: They have good parking for those in wheelchairs.

This has to be the slowest fast food I ever visited. It took almost 30 minutes to get a basic chicken sandwich meal. There was three of us and it took just as long for the Whoppers they ordered too. Sad thing was, some people ordered after us and got their food before us and not to mention, some food looked to be the same sandwichs we ordered. The food was typical Buger King. Don't go if you're looking for fast service.

We went over there yesterday on 1/10/24, and we got a whopper jr and two fries. The burger was below average, but the worst part were the fries. I want to know when the oil was last changed, cause it seemed like it hasn’t been changed in years! Now today my son got sick from that old garbage. There needs to be health inspections on this place and if they can’t get their act right they should shut down.
