Cashier at the window named Jen was very polite, knowledgeable and patient when I was not sure what flavor drink I would like. Coffee was great, a lot of new employees training too that were friendly. Thank you , will come back.

Over the last couple of months this store has gone from great to terrible. I ordered an iced coffee online for inside pickup. Twenty minutes later, it still had not been made. I tried to make eye contact with one of the employees to ask about it, and none would acknowledge me. They were too busy talking among themselves. I gave up and left. So I hope someone is enjoying my iced coffee.

Service was terrible pulled up to the window and asked a question about a drink told me it was discontinued I said I just ordered it the other day but that’s okay and the employee said yea well we don’t have it have a nice day and we weren’t even done ordering and had a mobile order to pick

Very under staff when I was there. One person working, I was a walk-in. The server was busy working the drive thru, not giving me attention. After about the 4 car going thru the drive thru feeling as though I am being left out, I finally said something. The poor server didn't know what to do. Doing a double and triple take. Like I can't leave the window. It's really funny if you were there, lol. But then,all of a sudden, another employee came out from the back while I was standing their all that time. Then it wasn't funny anymore,

Went there to get donuts for my coworkers but the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I decided I was just gonna go inside and get them but they have a sign that says “due to us being short staffed the lobby is closed” even if you’re short stuffed you don’t close the lobby worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area.

Worst CS, good luck even getting acknowledged, greetings at the window? forget it! any thank you’s? Nope! But I gave my change up as a tip n did get a comment… “I feel so rich” is what the little boy said. I mean if you want a proper tip try exercising good CS. As for Managment here, they only make excuses for the poor behavior n that’s why this store has such low ratings.

The drinks and food order were on point as always! Usually I stick to the drive thru, but I went inside on a busy Sunday morning to grab my to-go order. It was very dirty inside. Overflowing trash, tables were not cleaned, and counters were sticky. There were a couple of employees who were just chatting behind the coffee machines, not working, who could have better utilized their time to clean up the dining room.

No donuts in rack.... Always come to have breakfast and NO donuts....The employee just said that and then 10 minutes later they filled up the rack...The employee could have checked in the back to see if there were donuts...We usually sit here for 30 minutes or so.. Employees very laxed and non-caring...Bad attitudes!!!! 2 unhappy customers!!!!

Worst Dunkin ever!!! Staff is always rude, they act my customers are inconvenience they're always out of stuff the food is always a mediocre at best the restaurant is always dirty... the staff consist of all kids!!! What do you expect!!!
