This 5 star review is for the staff who I consider my friends now. I started going to this location when I moved to the area. When I was pregnant with my daughter last year one of my biggest cravings was coffee and donuts. I would stop there every morning on my way to work. Using the app I’d place my order and by the time I was there it would be waiting at the window for me.After about a month of going there I knew the entire staff. What used to be one of the great coffee experiences has really gone downhill in my opinion. The orders are rarely correct and often thrown at you through the drive-thru. The staff tries their best but even then it feels like they just don't like their jobs. As a Massachusetts resident previously, are Dunkins legend does not live on at this location.
