I had a wonderful experience when I went to get coffee with my daughter. The girl doing the drinks was handing the driver through and the lobby. Very skilled and still managed to give customer service.

I go frequently to this store since I work right behind them at Your Storage Units (we have deals btw). The store manage Kassandra is amazing and always has a smile, she has really turned the team around and I love what she is doing with this store. She should always be at this store especially because she makes my drinks 10/10.

one of the worst customer service!!! is a girl name Alicia , I said hi good morning , and she gave me a nasty response , she has bad attitude , horrible customer service and after she gave my drink it tasted horrible. And another girl name alana, also horrible customer service!! the food wasHorrible and nasty.and I tried to talk to the manager and her name was cassy, and she didn't care at all, she didn't even fix my order , most disrespectful human being. all three of these girls should get fired. and I saw a rat in the bathroom, this store is disgusting never cleaned , bathrooms dirty, floors all sticky , tables sticky and dirty!!!

Nina and her brother and the other guy there are always spot on with all my orders they are very professional and quality on food is always perfect I've been here in this Beautiful town for over 12 years and this location has improved alot coming from alot Kaos and drama and very very young employees. Very proud and happy with the team they have know. Great job management!!

No never again… ordered through drive-through for bagels and a coffee and I wanted to use my rewards that I accumulated on the Dunkin’ Donuts app. A young lady at the register said I can only use one reward, and when I was given the order for the bagels, it was super cold and not toasted.

It’s evening. All the employee buddies are here enjoying free stuff, donuts drinks. Ordered drinks and donuts on the DD App at 7:10 pm. The employee threw all donuts away at 7:15 pm. Didn’t acknowledge my order until after the throw away. DD closes at 8:00 pm, but tosses dozens of donuts 45 minutes ahead of closing. Terrible place in evening. Maybe much better in morning.

The reason for my comments here, is due to the fact that I cannot get through to them on the phone to thank them for helping me last week (11/29). As I was headed towards the door from the outside, I tripped and landed on the pavement, hitting my head in the process and opening up a cut which required stiches. I wanted to thank the three wonderful Dunkin Donut workers who came out to assist me and called 911. I appreciated their help in getting napkins trying to stop the blood flow and trying to make me comfortable. One even held up my head while I was lying on the ground the entire time until the ambulance arrived. Again, thank you all for your assistance and support. Also, wanted to let you know, other than a few stiches, everything is OK. Chris

The worst ! Waited 15 minutes in store for a mobile phone order that was completed 20 minutes before arrival. I had to ask them if my order was ready as they were clowning arround and no one acknowledged me while I was waiting patiently. Avoid this location!!!!
