My recent experience at Island Cloud Grill was disheartening. The overall service was subpar – our waitress managed to mix up our orders, leaving us with a frustrating dining experience. To make matters worse, the table was left uncleared, lacking attention to basic cleanliness standards.Attempting to address these issues, we sought to speak with the manager, but our attempts were blatantly ignored. This unresponsiveness was disappointing, leaving us feeling dismissed and undervalued as customers.While I understand that restaurant experiences can vary, the treatment we received fueled the perception that discriminatory factors may have influenced it. It is disconcerting to think that our attempt to communicate with the manager was disregarded, potentially due to our Latino background. Discrimination has no place in the service industry, and establishments must ensure equal treatment for all patrons.In conclusion, my visit to Island Cloud Grill left me with a negative impression, mainly due to the poor service, order mix-up, and unaddressed concerns. I hope this feedback encourages the restaurant to improve its service standards and address potential discrimination issues.

She was super racist, all our order was wrong, and she didn't even say sorry.I will definitely field a complaint to Better Business Bureau.

Great spot in St. Cloud for a bite. Food comes out fairly quickly, service can be a bit slow especially when it's busy, you may have to wave over service staff. Drinks are good with a decent selection of beers to choose from. Live music on occasion. Tuesday night is one of the better nights with trivia that's always fun and has good prizes. Recommended

Food was ok.. nothing special. The wings wings I got were barbecue instead of hot, but that was their hot. My son didn’t like his burger. Beers were good. If you want a safe choice in this area should be ok.

Convenient spot in downtown Saint Cloud. Grabbed a couple of burgers and draft beers. Good selection of drafts on tap. Full bar and house cocktails to choose from also. Burgers were hot & juicy and cooked to order. Sides of homemade chips and the onion rings were also tasty. Darts indoors and out seating available. Staff was friendly & helpful. Good visit. will return.
