The service from our waitress Cali was outstanding and the food was delivered very fast, too fast. We asked for medium-well done burgers, and they served us medium-rare burgers. The meat looked almost raw in the center. The seats were torn, and the table was all nicked up as well.FOLLOW UP: Well, about 20 minutes after we left this review, my wife and I both got sick to our stomach. We ordered the same meal: burgers with mash potatoes on the side. Outback Steakhouse's follow up to this review was nothing more than a link to their "contact us" on their website. Of course when I went to the website and clicked "contact us," it was a bunch of menu selections, one of which was a selection for which restaurant we ate at. Of course the one we went to was not listed, so I couldn't even complete the form. Review changed from two stars to one for wasting my time feigning a "we care" response AND for 20 minutes of an aching stomach for me and my wife. Customer no-service rears its ugly head once again!

This is our go to! I just feel like their food is better than other outbacks in the area mash is always creamy not hard and pasty. Ahi Tuna is always fresh. You could tell kitchen is on point with the food.

We eat here often. The service is spectacular! Kathy and Diane are fabulous! Felicia is fantastic! Ailyn wonderful. The food is always consistently good and we LOVE it here! Y'all are amazing!Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and have never ONCE been cross contaminated at this restaurant. They are knowledgeable about a gluten allergy and take care to make sure that my food is prepared properly and is safe!
