Best donut spot in town hands down!! I stopped in and scanned the display for chocolate donuts with sprinkles and I didn’t see any, so I figured maybe it’s a sign. But then I thought there’s no harm in asking and guess what? A full tray of chocolate sprinkle donuts came to the display. I was ecstatic so instead of one I took two lol; I’d say that’s a nice post gym treat. There is indoor seating available booths , tables and wheelchair access which is important ! as well, hot drinks and cold drinks. As well as Sandwiches and chips. I highly recommend and the staff is always friendly!

The donuts were very, very good. The best donuts I had in a very long time. The sandwich were good too. I got the Philly cheese steak. My wife got the seafood and crab sandwich.

Sip and Dip is my place to go for breakfast. Always with the eggs and bacon in a buttered roll. I've tried others but I think, this is the best for me. Now the donuts, coffee rolls (my fave), etc. Just thinking about it makes me want some. They also have boba tea, delicious! It's a coffee shop and they're always busy but, the service is always friendly. They're not gonna rush you since, there's so much to choose from. Near and spacious. They have tables so you can eat in.

I rate this spot a solid four stars. The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a classic donut shop. The service was super fast and friendly. I got a dozen assorted donuts and for the most part they were all very good. My favorite was the chocolate glazed donut. The Boston crème and jelly donut lacked a little but overall a great little shop. What I really like was that I went in at 2:00 pm and they still had a full case

Amazing food. They had some of, if not THE, the best donuts I ever had, their breakfast sandwiches were also really good, just like their mocha latte. I believe I may become a regular there after trying their food.Parking: There are multiple parking spots, probably more than it seemed necessary for the space, with easy access to entering and leaving the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The staff is nice with kids, the tables seem to be at a good height for any kid to sit down and there are spots where you can sit with your kids and make sure they would not run and hurt themselves. There does not seems to have anything for kids to entertain themselves but with how good the food is I doubt they would be paying attention to anything else.Wheelchair accessibility: As it is on the first floor there doesn't seem to have a problem for wheelchair users to access the location, though the doors could be in a better location it would probably not cause any issue for accessing the building.

Delicious. The service is quick. The doughnuts and sandwiches are fresh and reasonably priced. The coffee station has piping hot coffee and plenty of flavor options. This is a no frills doughnut place and one of my favorites for sure.
