Totally unprofessional establishment. Staff is rude and they have 4 people working in a tiny kiosk and none of the product is ever ready. Clown show, do not support this kiosks location.

I just want to say that I can‘t believe that I spend almost 10 dollars and I ask for a cup of water and you as an establishment can’t afford to give a cup of water to someone that is willing to buy at your place. Tyrone mall location

3 People that work here standing around doing nothing. On phones and eating.Waited 15 minutes in line while the employees did nothing . One person on register doing everything

If pretzels are your thing then this is the place for you. They have great pretzels. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. So next time you are at the mall and want something to snack on be sure to pick up a pretzel and satisfy your hunger.

Auntie Anne's at Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg is a great place to get a delicious pretzel and snack when you are hungry and need to make that stop. I really like the smell and taste of everything here and it is well worth a visit. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

We waited is line for 15-20 minutes. When got to the cashier ( African American woman with no name tag), we request a plain pretzel and three with salt, the woman refused to serve us any pretzel. Told us there was no more, when there was clearly pretzel available in the heating tray. The couple in front of us requested freshly made pretzel and she offered to make them no problem. So, I requested if she could make us freshly made pretzel and she said no. Not sure what the problem was, but I will definitely not go there anymore.
