I honestly love this place but they are NEVER OPEN. I am at the gym next door almost daily and crave these bowls, but rarely open anymore. To the owner - please update your hours or use social media to update your customers on when you will / will not be there. This place is delicious but aggravating to be a customer.

Left on read.The one time I actually was able to get a bowl- the lady had no idea what I was asking when I was curious about the base, the açaí base. This has been going on at least since 2021.

Refreshing and tasty Açaí bowls to beat the heat all year round. You can finish an XL bowl in one sitting it’s that good. Be sure to to find them at the Rowdies games as well. You won’t be disappointed!

Left work for a brake and went there at 2:00pm on Monday. They were closed. Waste of time, had to go somewhere else. At least leave a sign up saying why you closed early.

Owner is nice as can be. I love this place, one small problem…they are seriously never open. I have tried to go there three times this past month. 9 AM this morning, 10 AM last week and mid day the week before. Store hours are 8:30 AM - 3 PM but store is always closed even during “open” hours.Fix your hours or staff punctuality and I’ll fix my rating. Wasting people’s gas and time.

This was my first time here and boy was it a great experience. The service was fast. I wasn't sure it was open at first but I'm glad I gave them a call to check. I ordered the berry bowl with strawberries, blackberries, bananas, and blueberries. The place looked like they were ready to close for the day and I happen to be their last order.The ambiance was beautiful. I loved the energy and the wall art inside the establishment. I needed that snack bad and it hit the spot! It's the type of meal to me where it can give you nutrients and energy to tie you over from feeling hungry all day. The taste and texture was on point. I love the hardness of the Açaí. The fruit complemented the taste. I ordered it with almond butter, honey, granola, Nutella, and seeds of some kind.I'm picky when it comes to açaí bowls and this one is a must visit.Side note: I truly appreciate your assistance with helping me get out of the tight parking space. Thank you again for your help.

Decided to try this place out for the first time and I got gypped $35.48 because we ordered online through their website for curbside pickup and on our maps it said it was open... but then we pulled up to get our order and they were closed. WTH?!

Don’t order through GrubHub for a carry out orders. There are 3-4 iPads that were sitting on the counter turned off that I’m assuming are for online orders. After trying to get the issue resolved for 15 minutes and showing the staff member the receipts it wasn’t worth the hassle. Would not recommend and will not go back.

I love Berry Boss Açaí! The base is not made with strawberries, which I’m allergic to, so I can enjoy these bowls no problem. The fruit is fresh and perfect to kick-start my day! ?
