The burger was good not excellent. The fries was overcooked and saggy. It was too expensive for the quality of food. Paid $17+ for a meal consisting of a small burger, saggy fries, and drink.On the good side, the food packaging was gorgeous and environment friendly, and the restaurant atmosphere was close to excellent.

HOLY COW! BEST BURGER JOINT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! And the ladies that work there were as welcoming and happy as anyone I have met since I moved down to St. Pete a month ago. Simple menu and yet it has some pizazz with some of their flavors. I chose Truffle! Bravo Tara, Lavonne, and Vinicko!

Just ate here with family and I gotta say pretty good burgers!! You could tell they are pure beef burgers and that the fries are super fresh. What was even better was their customer service! The person who took our order explained things really well and was super nice and the cook was lovely as well we even got two free drinks even though it was our mistake to not order before and offered to pay for them! Just picked up a carry out order. Ordered 2 Rodeo burgers, one with bacon, one without, a side with fries and a side of fries and rings. One burger had no bacon and we didn't get one side of fries. The other burger had the paper from the cheese slice on it. For $50 this is completely unacceptable. Terrible first impression, never going back. Contacted the store and was told the GM would "call me back". Not holding my breath and planning on doing a charge back.Update: GM Heather did call me back. Couldn't even bother to mute whatever she was watching on TV. Claimed to do all the prep work so she "wasn't sure how the wrapper got in there". Blamed the possible issue on a new employee in the kitchen. Her only solution was for me to drive 20 minutes round trip again for a refund or more food (during my work hours). Not interested in food with paper that can't be made correctly. Thought the other reviews were a bit dramatic but they were right. Will be doing a charge back through my bank. AVOID.Update 2: Heather just called me again from the store under the pretense of checking on my charge back (not sure if she knows what that is) and said I was making stuff up from yesterday. Asked why I included in my review the fact that she couldn't be bothered to mute the TV before she called (it's because it's rude). Funny that I was able to do that before I picked up HER call yesterday and today! Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. Completely confrontational and made no effort to remedy the problem. Trash service, trash food, trash people.Added the photos below of the paper in my food that I added to their photos so that you don't get make the same mistake of paying for this garbage if you're reading my review. You can see the paper was clearly cooked with the burger since the cheese is melted to it. Hopefully I saved you your hard earned money.

Delicious, hearty burgers, the BEST onion rings, and a local beer on tap all make this place great. We used to get it delivered, but after having such great interactions with the staff in the restaurant, we make the trip to come dine in. Highly recommend!

It’s really sad how this chain continues to go downhill. This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and despite giving them the second chance, it’s consistent, bad. There is just no pride in their job and the food they cook. While the burger was edible, it wasn’t without being made incorrectly. Secondly, the fries were just awful. They aren’t fresh, as in made to order or made with clean cooking oil. The fries are nearly brown which indicates the cooking oil just gets continuously reused, not to mention they are horribly over cooked and they were little bits of fries from the bottom of the bag. I paid almost $18 including a 15% tip, and that only included a cup of water. How can this restaurant justify this awful example of food, charge that much and have employees that either don’t care what they are doing or aren’t properly trained? Won’t ever go back.

I used to come to Burger Fi quite regularly for the spicy Fi'd chicken, but today I find out they no longer carry it. I instead ordered the CEO burger and fries. What a total disappointment for the price! Chintzy little burger with just the bun, burger, and some sauce, that's it! The fries weren't anything great either...soggy and greasy. I don't think I'll be back after this. Too expensive for the quality. There are far too many other places to go for a good burger and fries. Besides, the floor is always sticky and the employees are rude! No thanks.
Had a couple of burgers that were made wrong. But they were really nice and offered to replace the entire order for me. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Always such a great experience at this location. The food is made fresh right in front of you, and the employees are always conversational to make the small wait more pleasant. Jeremiah always makes my shakes beautifully, and even makes sure to overfill my cup. 5/5!!!

Best BurgerFi experience we’ve had. Burgers were great, fries and onion rings were fresh and hot. The restaurant was very clean and well run. Excellent management on Heather’s part, who was extremely friendly and personable. Our family will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: My vegan daughter loves the burger!

I frequently stop by this location to pick up food on my way home. Today I came in and needed to utilize the bathroom. The young man at the counter told me that it was customers only, which I completely understand. I informed him I was a customer, I just really needed to use the restroom. He told me I could not go until I ordered, that was his managers rule. I do not blame this young guy at all, he had clearly been trained this before. I told him I'd leave all my belongings ect but he would not give me the code to the bathroom. Luckily someone in the line allowed me to cut to order my food so I could relieve myself. Again I do not blame the kid, but I hope the manager falls down and chips his two front teeth. Yet another reminder of how we should not frequent corporate restaurants like this, and from now on I will frequent engine number 9 across the street, which cares about its customers and has a much better product. This place is stinksville. Avoid unless you like chain restaurants and high rises.
