If I could give infinity stars, I would !!! First, Cecelia's is very clean and well organized, with indoor and outdoor seating. Had some "snow" (also known as bingsoo) after a show at Tropicana field. They had some great, creative flavors. Since it's handmade, you can expect to wait a little, especially if it's busy, but our stuff came out quickly and was delicious.
