The prices aren’t consistent. They get more expensive each trip. I never pay the same price when I visit this place but I order the exact same thing each time I come. I love the seasoning of the food but the crabs lately have been empty and mushy. Time to find a new crab spot.

I passed by this place randomly and a guy offered me and my friend a free sample - the best culinary thing that happened to me during my vacation!I tried the fried shrimp and it was by far the best tasting seafood I've ever had. The garlic sauce was also really good.Had a nice talk with the folks hanging there and I'm definitely planning to eat here when I'm back in Florida.

There was a bit of a wait. The place looks like a hole in the wall, but the seafood is out of this world. I was concerned at first but its reviews online speak for itself. I was greatly surprised and the price was more than fair. The owner was very nice and apologetic he was short on staff and late to open. I'd do it all over again tho! Kudos sir!!!!

My wife bought a medium regular crab tray, and sausage and potatoes It was not seasoned and the crabs had a ransit fishy taste and foul smell.A waist of 24 dollars plus the 2 dollar service fee??????????

Staff is at least friendly. But let's get straight to it. The room where the crabs and possibly other seafood or food preparation is kept....visible rodent droppings everywhere. Seafood does smell, but this is rodent urine/dropping smell. The main part where you purchase looks...ok. On the other hand, the instagram/social media pages look 5 star. Location is also, well, if you're local you know. Someone will get sick or hurt here. It's a day later and the smell of the place is still stuck on me. They will also discourage you from looking at the live crabs in the location with the rat droppings. Couldn't have my phone out, just for safety really.
The seasoning is too salty so maybe ask for less seasoning on the crabs next time;)

JB seafood market let me tell you I walked in yesterday about 30 minutes before they closed, I had seen an ad on Instagram that made their crab shop look so extravagant with fresh crab and fresh crawfish but I came to find out that it was nonetheless just a a lie!! bugs everywhere roaches flies you name it! Please don't go here if you don't want to get sick A health inspector needs to shut this place down immediately!!!

crabs were mushy and small and they had no taste. They thrive on people using ebt and food stamps and the quality of the food is terrible. I won't be going here anymore and they have many other places that are better in st Pete .
