I wasn’t impressed with the food here - it was ok. The pizza was pretty good. Meanwhile the blt was less so. Perhaps just not my taste but find for a quick bite.

Stopped in at Doormet, St Pete today for lunch. I’ve looked at the place at least 30 times while choosing other venues on the block. We were greeted promptly, order taken with a smile. Lunch was ohhhh so delicious! Restaurant was clean and tidy. Enjoyed the open air and people watching the large roll up doors allow. Will definitely be back!

The food I’ve ordered from Doormet is delicious. 4-5 star. The delivery times, very unfortunately, are 1 star. I live less than 2 miles from the restaurant and it has always taken about one hour to receive pasta and salad. Today it has been 95 minutes and I’m still waiting. They said the driver is on his way to me now… eat in and you’ll enjoy the food but don’t order delivery on an empty stomach. :)

Tried this place a few times now given the good reviews but mediocre at best given how expensive it is. The pizza was so under cooked. Had to put it in the oven for another 15 minutes for it to be edible. Sandwhiches are just okay. Seems like they’re missing some salt/ingredients.Salads are big. Breadsticks and hummus are good. But very expensive for what you get.

Highly recommend the meatball sub! It is huge and delicious. It's Saint Petersburg so it's obviously a little overpriced but compared to some other downtown food it's not too bad.

This is a star for being open I think. I ate here before and thought it was quite good. Oops, today after purchasing over $40 worth of food, I will never go back. The salad had burnt nuts in it and was tasteless. The Chicken Giacomo was an embarrassment as it was so bland and not hot and had OLD green beans in it. Forget about the pizza too. So very sad as the location is fantastic. Guess I will have to go further on Central.

I LOVE THEIR PIZZAS!!! I've ordered several of them for delivery from UE and they're so delicious! If you're looking for standard NY or Chicago pizza, this is not for you. If you're looking for a unique, delicious, gourmet pizza, DEFINITELY try this!

We’ve enjoyed them each month!Great artisan style pizzas, I strongly suggest the SPAGHETTIBest BLT I’ve ever had besides my Mom’s, it’s unconventional so read the fine print but WOW, the bread is awesome & the honey is perfect w the goat cheese
I've been a Doormet customer since the Tampa location opened. Great food, great service. I got a rewards email that I was having trouble redeeming on the App at the St Pete location for delivery, and after sending a message to the contact on the website, they reached out to me by email and phone to correct the matter. The pie was included in my order, free, as the rewards email said. And everything was delicious. Really appreciate everything Doormet does, and I recommend them without question.

Doormet was just ok, in my opinion. I had high hopes and had heard good things but ended up feeling a little disappointed. I had the caprese salad with parmesan instead of gorgonzola. I felt it needed more balsamic and the tomatoes weren't as fresh as they could've been. I also had the tomato bisque which seemed more like tomato puree that wasn't smooth. It had the flavor of tomato bisque with the consistency of salsa, if that makes sense.

Horribly rude staff that got mad when we pointed out they made a mistake on our order, and they were indifferent about a food allergy we have. Plus the salad I got was pitiful.

I ate here three times in one week when I first found Doormet, that's how delicious the food is. There is outside seating available and the menu offers very healthy and homemade comfort foods. Definitely recommend the pasta and pizzas!
