That squid ink tagliatelle was the best pasta I’ve tasted since moving to Florida 3 years ago. It was absolutely delicious. And their focaccia with pesto was also amazing. My friend had the oxtail pasta and he enjoyed that too. We even tried their whipped bone marrow. Didn’t too much care for the turnips but overall this restaurant is amazing and I’d definitely be back

Wow this place was delicious; Recommended by multiple friends so had to finally go check it out. Intimate seating with beautiful aromas the second you walk in the door. Service desk is quick to address you and get some drinks going so you don’t stay thirsty long. We got a bottle of red wine that was a tasty blend and well recommended by the server. Tried the short rib pasta (best seller) and the Brussel sprouts, and needless to say both were incredible. I’d like to go back and try something different but it would be hard not to get the short rib again hahaha. They also started us off with a tasty bread to pair with the wine while we waited for the food. This is a lovely place to take a date and has all the looks and feels of authentic Italian.

Perhaps one of the best open-kitchen dining experiences in downtown st pete. We went in on a Saturday evening for dinner. Very attentive and friendly wait staff from the greeter to waiter. We started off with burrata, and the American Wagyu steak tartare. The burrata was very Smokey but fresh! The steak tartare was phenomenal. The tartare was flavorful wrapped in a fried squash blossom. For dinner we got the oxtail malfade, and short rib mezzaluna. Both dishes were perfectly cooked, very flavorful and delicious to eat.The decor is simple, but elegant. The ambiance is perfect for a special occasion or a date night.

Heck of an experience.. prices are high but the execution on food and cocktails is stellar. Chef owns the butcher shop next door and gets a lot of high quality, unique cuts and ingredients to work into a lengthy menu. Hand made pasta, excellent seafood and steak that is to die for. That said, too expensive for regular visits and service was good but not up to the price point.

Two doors down from St Pete Meat and Provisions. An Italian menu with culinary twists. Not a spaghetti and lasagna type of Italian restaurant. Well laid out and nice atmosphere and great service. The pasta was fresh and the presentation of all the dishes we had/saw was spectacular. We would definitely return. Pass on the bread that is offered and save room for the food to come.

This is the best Italian food around. Period. Best Italian restaurant in St. Pete. Best Italian food in Pinellas. I get the Bucatini Pomodoro every time along with another dish that my wife and I share. Atmosphere is understated and elegant while still remaining comfortable. 10/10 would absolutely recommend you must try this restaurant. We go at least once a month.

We thoroughly enjoyed every bite of dinner. Unique dishes with unique and quality ingredients. I love the homemade pastas, bread and focaccia.Service was very good as well. We all loved the cocktails but passed on the desserts since we were all full.

Extraordinary experience from cuisine to service. My husband and I chose the chef's tasting menu. The tastings were just masterpieces of flavor and beauty. The vegan tasting I experienced was just beyond my expectations. Bravo.

All great things are here…. Service was amazing and the quality of the chefs work really showed… it was very inspiring. Good morning was awesome. He was working the bar and made sure everything was perfect! I picked a drink and wasn’t a fan of it. He remade me another drink that was amazing . I wish I remembered the name of it.. defiantly eat here!!!

This review is for the “Grand Tasting Menu”. For the sake of time: this is a very good restaurant, but the tasting menu is a waste of time and money. It’s like buying the most expensive house in an ordinary neighborhood.A few bush league moves: the same caviar on two courses, small marrow bones ($1/pond?) with nothing in them, white truffle risotto with the smallest serving I’ve had - with perhaps a few too many eaten in Italy to date - on top of a minuscule potion. The Wagyu beef was tasty. The service while friendly was not refined. You would expect more at this price point. The wine list was slim but reasonable. With the tasting menu, this place is masquerading as a Michelin stared restaurant that would hardly get a mention otherwise.Stick with the regular menu, and the pastas in particular

Terribly over priced in general. Considering the lettuce was wilted Croutons soggy, extremely overpriced. Wilted Lettuce, Soggy croutons, and over all lack of flavor I would not recommend.

My wife tried to call in for pick up and was placed on hold for 5 minutes before she hung up. She ordered online instead and when she went in to pick it up staff was in the back hanging out and ignored her at first. When she finally got the food both salads were missing the tuna she added on for $7 more..... really disappointing.

If you want to leave feeling like you just got scammed, this is the place for you. These are the types of prices you would see on a fine dining menu, but this is a fast casual spot? The salad didn't taste bad or anything, I just don't see how they are justifying these prices. By far the most expensive fast casual salad around. Just because someone sells $20 salads in NYC/LA, does not meant you can blindly price things higher here.
