Their employees are brainless messes. It always takes 10-20 minutes to get a sub with the line being 1-2 people before you. Ordering ahead of time is even worse! Both times I did it I ordered hours in advance and when I got there it wasn't ready at the time i out it for. Then i asked them where it is and they said "oh we'll start it now" WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY 10 MINUTES AGO!!!!

My family and i come here all the time most of the time the crabs are decent sometimes there to watery and could use more seasoning. But over all a good place and people are super nice so try them out. !!!!

I love this Publix. The employees are the best, friendly, helpful.They not only tell you where you can find what you are looking for but they take you to it. They offer help even if you don't ask for it. It is always clean. I appreciate that I can always find an electric cart to help me shop and they work. Not the case in other stores.

This has been MY Publix for over 30 years. It's nice to shop some where staff is familiar and greet me as a neighbor. The store is well stocked and the staff is helpful and kind. The aisles are wider and the selections more varied than most Publix stores. Any issues I have had have been dealt with promptly and professionally by the staff and management. I avoid the other nearby Publix as that branch is often overrun by impatient and rude tourists and seasonal visitors.

Do not order subs online from this store. I do it weekly for my family and it is pretty much a guarantee they will get the order wrong. It is rare that I get a sub that isn't thrown together in a rush with the wrong items on it. And the order is NEVER ready when I get to the store. I often wait an additional 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Go to the Publix down the street for better service
