Wow! My 1st Premier League game day with Luke! Had a ball, GREAT Irish Breakfast and EVEN BETTER service from Liz and Patrick! Came with a Chelsea fan - he/we lost 0-3 and we STILL had a gr8 time! Seriously - come watch Premier League football here when Liz & Patrick are on bar duty! I'll be back!!

Staff was friendly, atmosphere welcoming and food was exceptional. My vegan bangers and mash was delicious! There are 3 vegan choices; shepherdess pie, bangers and mash, and impossible burger. All meals reasonably priced.

So we had to leave the last place cause it sucks so bad. We decided to stop at Mary Margaret's. And right away fell in love with the server. Her name is Karen, which we instantly made fun of her and she totally took it like a champ. She is definitely not a Karen. We ordered an appetizer and drinks the advertisers were out before we even knew we ordered them lol. Which means I'm sure the rest of food will be great.

Great Irish food and drink. If you're looking for something else, then go somewhere else. Food was tremendous and came out quickly. Potions were adequate. Had Irish music playing to add to the ambience. Both seating indoors and at the sidewalk were available

Hands down THE BEST fish and chips I've had in Florida! The beer batter was super crispy on the grouper. If you're craving fish and chips, this is the spot!

Mary Margaret’s is a real gem in Downtown St. Pete. The moment you walk inside you know you’re in a true Irish pub with the décor and a tremendous array of Irish whiskey and beer. The friendly, cooperative staff always provide an awesome fun atmosphere with live music and soccer watch parties. Their professionalism and attention to details is a big reason why I’ve been going here. Ronan is A-Plus managing the pub and a great guy! For frustrated soccer fans who’ve been neglected for years by other St. Pete establishments who only show the World Cup to grab a quick profit– Mary Margaret’s is THE PLACE that has invested their time, energy and resources for soccer and also rugby fans. Just walk inside and see all the USA and American Outlaw soccer scarves hanging up in the rafters – that’s proof of their commitment to the beautiful game. Talking about beautiful - don’t miss their Beercakes (pancakes) and Traditional Irish Breakfast while watching televised soccer games. Their Findley’s Chicken is also a can’t miss! I’m glad to be a regular who’ve been taking the weekly drive over the Skyway Bridge to the best authentic Irish pub in the Tampa Bay/Manasota region!

Great food and drinks and a friendly staff. Frequent authentic Irish music. The best pub in town to watch soccer, by far.

We arrived and they appeared to be understaffed. But after waiting for almost 25 minutes with no one acknowledging us we left. The two servers walked by our tables over 10 times. And just before we left one of them starting Clearing table.

If you're looking for some good food and a good atmosphere you cannot go wrong with this place! I went with my whole family the first time (kids included) and there was live music that day. Everyone sings along and we had a blast. The next time I went it was mainly because I was craving a Guinness on tap but once again I ended up having a good time. The staff is all great, the food is wonderful and they have a good selection of beer!

I've been here twice in a weekend - Friday night and Saturday afternoon. They had a live band on Friday and a cool atmosphere on Saturday afternoon. Overall, they have a good selections of beer on tap (only Smithwicks in downtown). The music was good, the service was ok and we had a really nice charcuterie board too. I thought it was a little pricy but downtown seems to be creeping up in prices. Out of all the places on that block, that seems to be the nicest.
