NY style pizza done right has finally come to Pinellas County. If you want a NY style pie, give this place a try.Eeyore knew at first sight they got it right, well as right as you get when not in the Northeast. With tail spinning in joy he took a few bites. This pie reminds us a bit more of the pizza we got in Philly and Bethlehem PA at the better restaurants in that area. So a 4 out of 5 on being perfect NYC and a 5 out of 5 for being perfect for the NY/PA/NJ tri-state area.As for the details .. When you roll in here expect to be greeted and taken care of like family. And with patience your perfect pie will arrive with a nicely browned bottom, crust that might even have a nice bubble or two, sauce in just the right amount that is more bold than sweet (how it should be), and cheese that has that slight char everyone loves.Me and the donkey agree that a simple cheese pizza is the way to go; and go extra cheese to be nicely pleased. After all. The best pies are always perfect with less toppings and not more!Oh. The salad was good as well. But the pizza is why we came here so that's the focus for the review. We shall return.

I love the place and the servers/bartenders... but both times I've been I received a very undercooked pizza. Like where you can't even hold the slice at all. Cheese is bright white on top, it hadn't even began to really cook when they must have taken it out of the oven.I love small businesses, I keep trying to give this place a chance because I think they use good ingredients. The sauce is good, and everything else wouldbe good too if they put a little thought into NOT PULLING PIZZAS EARLY. This is really just pizza 101. I shouldn't really have to say it. Dave Portnoy just came through town doing reviews and he missed this place but you gotta treat every piece of food that leaves your restaurantlike it's going to someone important or you won't succeed.

First timer got the supreme added black olives …been in Fl since 2000 definitely the best pizza I,ve had since being here. 5star. Got the large and it was huge. Nice gal who rang me up suggested freezing what I don’t eat. The next weekend took some from freezer heated up in my electric fryer and still 5star. Amazing! Thx guys please don’t change.?

Nicko’s has been our go-to pizza spot in St Pete for over 2 years. Amazing pizzas, amazing atmosphere, away from the craziness of downtown….everything about it is awesome. Finally tried some of their subs for the first time recently - also delicious. Can’t recommend Nicko’s enough!

Best Italian beef in town! My Dad is 3rd generation Chicago native and swears by it! I loved the pizza and the crust also! Great pepperonis lots of flavor! I will be back! Call ahead if you want the beef!

Took I love the Burg's advice to try Nicko's. Wish I hadn't!! Terrible cold Italian sub w/ tomato although I asked w/o. Also wanted it hot but, it was too much trouble to take the lettuce off & heat it! 1 slice of pizza on a paper plate to go. That does NOT travel well so it's cold also. & the condesending I'm sorry server! Wow this place sucks!
