This location is absolutely horrible, food wasn't up to par, short-staffed, and rude employees. I placed my order online and was scheduled to be picked up at 5:55p, after arriving my order still wasn't ready. After repeating my order atleast 100x's, along with the name and order number, I didn't receive my online order until 6:20p. After waiting, the food quality was poor.. like, as in old. I went online and requested a refund, which customer service obliged.Never again, will I come to this location!-St.Pete do better!?

Then after 20 minutes, they got our order wrong and proceeded to argue with me even tho I had the receipt and what was in the bag clearly wasn't my order. Had to wait foe fries to be made! Really! Had to cancel a Uber eats order because they stopped doing Uber eats at a certain time but didn't turn there Uber eats app off and when driver went to pick it up was rude about it and wouldn't make the meal even though it was already sent through I will never get food from this restaurant again

After trying so many times with that Popeyes chicken, I finally have to ask what kind of people run that place? Always out of some pieces, wrong order, quite rude to customers, loud. I would like to meet the manager who runs that place, truly. I will never step foot there again. For uber drivers, you may find that place is a waste of your time.
So basically the morning crew screwed my whole order up I came inside with the food the manager Tasha she’s the older lady red skin She works the night crew and she made all my food fresh and I was so happy. Just wanna let you guys know you need more people like that working!!!!!
