Great food and good service most of the time but as most fast food places sometimes the wait is a long time and certain employees are sometimes rude but the ones I'm talking about do not work there no more that was a long time ago. Unpleasant experience at the drive-thru window. The manager insisted we had to make purchases via the mobile app instead of in-store, which is why we attempted to use the scan option at the restaurant. We placed our order through the app, but it seems she didn't read it thoroughly as we only received one sandwich instead of the two we ordered. Additionally, when requesting a large cup of water, we were surprised to be charged $4 when a large soda costs only $2.59. Disappointing service overall. Rumors I've heard seem to be true. Crossing them off the list.

This is the only place in town to get fried chicken, I love me some Popeyes, the problem is this location never seems to have any chicken. I have been by there several times in the past few months hoping for some chicken, but I am told we don't have enough chicken to fill your order, or we only have dark meat, or we only have legs, who in their right mind would pay 45 bucks for a 12 piece family meal and get 12 legs? What are you guys doing in there? Do you not cook chicken any more, is it delivered in the morning and you sell till you run out? Come on! Do better!

Love that chicken from Popeyes!!! am I right the food is good. Check your bag at the window otherwise you’ll be calling back up there later on. And don’t go unless you got time to wait it’s no big deal though want it fresh gotta wait a little.

The past several times I’ve come to this establishment. The chicken has been hard and dry, they always ask you to pull up to make it seem like they’re getting the orders out on time, they close early, or you have to wait on the chicken. It’s slowly going down hill. The most pleasant thing was the customer service.Parking: The parking lot also needs to be fixed it has a gigantic hole and if someone hits the hole hard enough I’m sure h to is establishment will be held responsible for their carelessness.
