Bagels are more like giant bready rolls. Ordered one toasted and it was just barely warmed up, not toasted at all. Too big and thick and all doughy. Very disappointing.

I wanted to show my appreciation to a local nursing home who is caring for my mom. (I live in NY) I ordered a bagel platter through their catering online menu which was to be delivered by Door Dash the next day. Door Dash never delivered it, somehow the platter disappeared. Called Bagel Break and they were quite upset. Called Door Dash to resolve the issue. The next morning, Cindy, from Bagel Break personally delivered my order to a nearby nursing home, then called me to let me know it arrived safely and was greatly appreciated! Thank you Cindy for going above and beyond!! I truly appreciate your caring attitude!!!

Rude and did not get order right. Eggs where still runny not dry like asked. Wrong bagel asked toasted and was not. First and last visit. Very disappointed!
