I came through the drive-thru the manager Michael took my order I got the family bundle I asked for one of the Whoppers to have both bottom buns and one of the cheeseburgers to have both bottom buns he assured me that they would have the bottom buns I got home to open my food and they do not have the bottom buns so therefore I just spent money on food that I can't even eat because I can't have the seeds not happy at all

This is not the fault of the employees, but the prices of the food is too high, and the quality and taste of the food is subpar.The employees are always greeting you with a smile, and they never keep you waiting too long. Most of them are very polite, and most of the time they get my order correct.

Ordered the "2 for $5 Whopper Junior" special. I ended up being charged over $5 per Whopper Junior. I asked an associate to correct the error. He stated that I ordered Whopper Junior Doubles (in which I did not), stated there was a communication issue but would not refund the mistake. I would like to be contacted for a refund. I was charged $30 for 4 Whopper Juniors priced 2 for $5.

Went through the drive-thru and tried the ghost pepper chicken fries and whopper combo with an additional Texas double whopper. The fries were hard and luke warm and no ghost pepper whopper was included. Texas whopper tasted great and was substantial. Drive-thru attendant was pleasant. Not worth $18

I ate it this Burger King because it was the only restaurant around. It had been a while since I had been in a Burger King. I ordered a Whopper Junior and an iced tea. The Whopper junior was 4.50. With a drink, the whole bill was $7.20. The place is spotlessly clean and the people are nice. The only thing that wasn't nice was the price for a half size hamburger and a drink. It's going to be a while before I go into another Burger King

This is the worst service Burger King ever! I went through the drive thru and they were not busy. The older women (manager?) who took my order was pleasant- but could of cared a less about the standing around employees. I noticed two girls chatting behind her. I paid and then I waited and waited for ONE cheeseburger. The older women left the window & went to the counter so no one was at the window. The younger girls who were still just standing around and talking could have cared a less. I watched them while they did nothing. Total lazy worthless employees. Older women (manager?) never came back. After 10-15 minutes (I should have left), one of them comes sauntering up sarcastically with my bag- and very animated say- oh here ya go- with this smart a$$ look on her face. I told her I think the place is going to go out of business with employees like you- and left. Will not go to this place ever again. No wonder there is a help wanted sign in the window.

Rude. Came after a long day, I’m a single mom. I don’t make much money and wanted to buy dinner after a long day of working. I was super kind and understanding, towards their worker “Eliza” didn’t give an ounce of attitude simply just told her they were missing a sandwich. Slammed the window and my face and yelled to her coworkers about it in the back. I wasn’t going to go back until my daughter convinced me to stand up for myself.
