We recently had our 52 wedding anniversary and we did so at Casa Bella, which was the first restaurant we visited when we first came to Florida to live. The food has been first rate everytime and the atmosphere is very romantic which was why we chose it for our anniversary. The staff is very friendly and good at serving their customers. I must say that if you get Dan as your server your in for a treat. Dan is one of the best servers I've ever had, with a personality and spot on attentiveness. You and your party are the most important people in the restaurant when you have him. Now that's not to say the other staffers aren't good he just seems to be the next level up. We'll see you soon Casa Bella ! Thanks for a memorable evening.

I have read the horrible reviews on here. And from what I’m being told personally is that the food is better at Olive Garden and a lot Cheaper, plus excellent customer service. I’ll stick with Olive Garden, I don’t even want to try this dump. And someone found hair in their food. How disgusting. Have you called the health department the person who said they found hair in their food? And then the owner is saying it’s your hair and the owner has no hair in their kitchen. That’s really rude. There are other restaurants in the area as well that offer excellent meals, service at better prices. This place looks very cluttered and dirty.

We So wanted to have a great dining experience here but just didn’t . We first looked at the online menu to see if we wanted to have my birthday dinner there . My partner saw scungilli and was instantly sold on going .When we got there the menu was reduced by2/3 because of the busy season and no scungilli or the item I was going to have .So we put in an order and I asked for a side of broccoli rabe . No broccoli rabe available that night ….We shared a calamari appetizer which came out like a soup . No bread to dunk in it . The broth was under seasoned and watery .The bread when we asked for it were light . Airy rolls , not the hearty Italian bread made for dunking .The main course came out . Both broths were under seasoned and very thin . Not much flavor . My eggplant cubes were undercooked and bitter in the veg dish .We decided to skip dessert .Also I guess I’m being picky ( though this is not a cheap restaurant so I think details matter ) we were seated right. By the swinging door into the kitchen . One of the springs on the door made a noise every time someone exited the kitchen ( like a cell phone chirping ) it spoiled the ambience .The premises are so pretty and romantic and our waitress was very nice and friendly .

This place treated my friends — who happen to be people of color — so poorly on the night of their engagement. Bad service. Long wait times. Hair was found in the food, and the food was not good.Go somewhere else. It’s really that simple.

I was there with 5 friends. They all loved their dinner. Yet I ordered a side of sausage with my pasta that was extremely spicy. I could not eat it. Just a suggestion- indicate that the sausage is not mild on the menu or at least instruct the waiter to inform the customer. At $7 I took one bite and didn't touch another.

One star is extremely generous. We waited for 2 hours to get just the appetizers and over 3 hours to get our entree. When the entrees arrived, I found a hair on my food. And after all that wait and with the hair, the food was not even good. I can find better Italian food with way better service anywhere else. Truly, the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Last night was the worst dining experience I have had in my life. As someone with some experience in the food service industry, I was appalled at the service we received at Casa Bella restaurant. We arrived 15 minutes early to our 7pm reservation which had been made on Wednesday. We were celebrating my daughter and her fiance who had just gotten engaged at Shepard's Park down the street. When we arrived early, we were prepared to have to wait for 7pm but instead were surprised to have our table ready and we were sat swiftly.Unfortunately, that was the only positive surprise of the night. It took our server 15 minutes to greet our table, 30 minutes for our drink order to be taken and then another 15 minutes for water which we had to request... It was only after we asked for bread (because we saw that the table next to us had gotten bread) and almost an hour after we sat down that bread reached our table. Our server was clearly overwhelmed but the table of 8 next to us did not seem to have any issues... Once we realized that the service would be slow, we made sure to order our entrees as soon as possible.I won't even address the lack of proper wine serving etiquette or the fact that our server was unable to open and properly pour the bottle of champagne we order in celebration. After almost 90 minutes, I walked away from the table and asked to speak to the manager. I was informed there was no manager on duty and that the owner was behind the line. I asked the server to please convey our situation to the owner and ask how he could remedy the situation. I was told they ran out of salads and that was the delay... how an establishment such as this runs out of salads at 8pm on a Saturday is beyond me... but we pushed through...The straw that broke the camel's back was at 9:15 pm when the entrees finally reached the table and the lasagna was cold. I once again walked away and insisted to speak to the owner immediately. While I was waiting for him, I was told by someone in my party that they had found a long hair in their veal parmigiana. The owner came out... didn't apologize but instead told me they were doing the best they could and that the salads had run out and it was the best he could do. I waited for him to pause talking and asked him about the hair in the veal parm and he said that there was no hair in his kitchen and told me it was probably my hair. He said he would recook the veal and I said we were not interested and that we were leaving.I was presented with a check for the whole meal with not as much as an apology. I told him I would pay for the bottle of champagne, two bottles of wine, appetizers and even the salads that were consumed but I would not pay for the entrees that came out cold and with hair after a 2 1/2 hour wait. He walked away and said that he would call the police...Once Martin County's finest showed up, needless to say the full check was paid with a promise to never return and make it known to all the horrible service that we received.I would be remiss to not add that the table next to us, a party of 8, had their leftovers boxed up in containers and bags before our entrees reached our table. The only difference between them and our table of 7 was that we were openly speaking Spanish...

No hostess up front to sit you, finally waitress came and sat is. Waited 20 minutes to order drinks, another 20 minutes till they came. Tables are too close to each other. But the food is very good.

Food was very good, took way over an hour to get food ,charged $3.00 for a small glass of soda and wanted to charge for a refill another $3.00, water was being treated by city of Stuart with chlorine which tasted terrible, so we had to buy $5.00 bottles of water to drink, they should have given a discount on the water.Parking: Parking lot had no lights

First, let me state that the food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is also good.My wife and I went there for dinner on New Year's Eve. We had a 6:00 PM reservation. When we got to the restaurant at 5:55 PM we were told the table assigned to us was still occupied. The server said they should be finishing up and we should be seated in about 10 minutes. One hour later we finally got seated. What irked me the most is there was other tables available, but we could not have one of those tables because they were assigned to someone else, so we had to wait for the table assigned to us to become available. The real issue here is the restaurant did not have anyone assigned to handle new guests with reservations coming in for dinner. They relied on the servers to handle this task.Hopefully, they will learn from this experience and this type of issue will not reoccur in the future.Parking: Maybe 20 parking spots available
