On April 20th at about 1 PM the place was about half full. We asked for a table for the two of us and were shown to a 2 top in the far corner of the restaurant. The table next to it was occupied so there was no room to move the table. The girl who sat us had to see there was no room and that there a lot of open tables in the same area. We decided to leave but approached another host and ask him for a comfortable. He, instead, said he'd "check" on where we'd been seated. Bottom line; the host and hostess were clueless or the management expected that it's customers were too dumb to complain. The restaurant is next to I-95 and an old hotel so I think they really don't worry about repeat business. We live in the area and won't be back but it probably doesn't matter much to the owner.Parking: lot in front

So, for the most part the food was just ok, one of the six of of us actually received hot food, the rest seemed as though they spent some time at the pass, waiting! One person ordered a salad and that took close to 15 minutes, the rest of the food came out about 10 minutes later. Keep in mind this was a very slow night, maybe 35% capacity. The person who ordered the breakfast didn't fair too well, the eggs were runny, and her toast was delayed, by time she could dip her toast in the eggs they were cold. Now what really disturbed me was that halfway through the meal they placed the check on the table! I asked for manager and he said it's their policy to do that, wow! I told him that not only are we still eating our meal, but we weren't even asked about dessert, i said we have 2 birthdays here, he said " i know, and we're going to bring you those for free" i said I'm not looking for anything free, but now that the check is here I'm not very inclined to order anything else. We finished meal, they cleaned table, we waited about another 10-15 minutes for them to bring bday desserts out, nothing ever came, we decided we had enough and paid on our way out! Not a very good experience, and will most likely keep the six of us and anyone we may be dining with from ever choosing cracker barrel anytime soon!Dietary restrictions: We never got our desserts, but they don't offer anything sugar free.

Worst Cracker Barrel ever first they said they didn’t have our order to go after my wife paid then the manager refused to refund our money when I said I didn’t want it. The general manager has no people skills and is nasty as can be

The manager Deven is absolutely rude and should be fired. No respect for anyone but herself! I was having a meal with my 2 kids and husband when the manager was called out because I got my order wrong, I didn’t call for her but she came. Not only was she rude about it but she was annoyed, as a manager I expect better, I hope she gets fired.

Their fried chicken is unrivaled. the young woman serving was so friendly. We offered to leave as we found, after being seated, that we had arrived 15 minutes before their official closing time. In spite of that. She made us feel so welcome.
