I’ve been going to Flanigan’s for over 30 years, 1 - 3X / week, firstly in Boca and the last two in Stuart. Tonite I ordered my favorite, the prime , and oddly 1/3rd of my portion was fat. I reordered and the portion was like a slice of cheese. I reordered the ribs and the fries were drenched in salt. I understand a kitchen could have a bad night, but a manager (not Mark) came out and said there’s always a problem with me? Another manager walked by, a chunky woman in a pink shirt. I told her how offended I was and she said I complain every time and they have it on record? I am completely outraged.NO MORE, the rude, outrageous, blatant, insulting, disrespect. I am sure Mike Flanigan wouldn’t like this one single bit.Update: Looking at some other reviews, sounds like the “chunky manager” who insulted me must be Gaby, same rude, abrasive description I experienced.

We visited Flanigans for the first time on a Saturday evening. It was very busy and we had to wait for 20min to get seated. But it was well worth it. The food was delicious and the waiters very helpful and responsive. We'll definitely come back

I've been there 3 times in 1 week.The service was great.They have dark beer and it makes it wonderful.
I called to put a reservation in for a large table due to having 5 people. When I called I was told to use the website and be put on a waiting list I did so and waited. The messages came in just as we were pulling in that the table is ready we came in and was told we were taken off the list because we did not come to the host stand in time. We ended up just taking what they had because we were hungry (my family of 4 and myself) the table is small and uncomfortable to eat on due to the size of us and the table. We are not goin to come to this Flanigan’s due to the nasty attitude of the hostess when we asked why we couldn’t get he table we needed. The food is great the server was nice the hostess was a burn and the lack of effort to try other than a measly attempt just get us to just settle which we sadly did. Like I said this is the last time we come to this Flanigan’s.
I have been here so many times and it's not real bad. Not my favorite, the food is mediocre, I think too many things on the menu. This particular experience was the worst one yet. I got the salad salad with grilled chicken. They couldn't toss the chicken in hot sauce like they can the fried ones. ?♀️ When the salad came, the chicken was sooooo dry. Smh. My co-worker order the grilled Mahi sandwich, and said that was VERY dry as well. It's a real shame since it was my co-workers first time there; not sure she will go back.

Food still good but the ribs keep getting thinner. Ordered 20 chicken wings to go and asked if I can get all drums and was told I couldn’t,which wasn’t a problem I was willing to pay extra like in the Ale House. But when I got home and My Son opened it there was 19 flats and 1 drum. Maybe they wete trying to deliver a message or something. I wasn’t disrespectful to them or anything so I didn’t why they did this. I guess it’s My fault for trusting them and not checking the order before I left for Tampa where I live
