Had dinner at Renato’s and Josephines. We really enjoyed the food ( eggplant parmigiana and chicken cacciatore were both excellent). The focaccia bread was delicious, as well as the house salad with creamy Italian dressing. Service was very good. A little pricey, but overall a nice meal.Parking: Ample parking in the lot

Just about everything went wrong. It took 30 minutes just to bring the bread. They forgot our salad orders until after the main course. The pizza order got lost in the kitchen. She apologized and gave us a free glass of wine too late. It was unfortunate. Nice place. Good food if they can get it to your table.

The chicken piccata and shrimp scampi were so delicious! Had the black and white mousse cake for dessert… the best! Service does need improvement- very slow service at an early dinner hour when the restaurant was not even close to being full.

New Year's Eve 2023 was disappointing. We planned our evening of dinner, drinks and entertainment to ring in the New Year. Instead we had dinner in the dining room thinking we could then retire to the lounge for the rest of the evening. Only to discover that the entire restaurant had been reserved seating for dinner. After dinner we went into the lounge fully expecting to find seats to enjoy the band only to find there was zero seating for even one person. We were forced to end our New Year's plan at 8:30p because there was no where to sit. The only people that got to enjoy the New Year were the people that were seated for dinner in the lounge. Everybody else had to leave the restaurant after dinner and find their own entertainment for the rest of the night. Never again for New Year's Eve. Beware of a one night money grab and dinner was not cheap. Shame on Renato's for pulling such a stunt.

I’m a little biased since this place is close to my home and I go there all the time. The owners are great people. Real Italian. Bartender Frank is as friendly a bartender as they come. Food is perfect. Great pizza’s. Great Caesar salad. Excellent veal dishes.

Mixed reviews, now I know why!Although the food was tasty, services leaves a little to be desired.I ordered take out and was shocked what they charged for my sausage and broccoli robe’. I called and questioned this, they said if I did not order the pasta with it, which I did not, then yes, they did over charge me. I was told Josephine would be giving me a call the next day. The next day came and went, no phone call. I tried back the second day and was told the same, “ I will make sure she calls you today”, still no call.After my first phone call they said that I should receive around $14 back for the dish not coming with pasta. So they are charging $14 for just pasta? HmmmSee the picture I posted of the sausage and broccoli robe’. I did order take out and this is how it arrived. They charged me $27 for it, you be the judge!
