Listed for the first time after hearing how good the bagels taste. There were two people ahead of me, and by the time I was able to order, there were 5 people behind me. I placed my order, which was 4 bagels, and then stepped back to wait for my order to be ready. I waited. And waited. And then I watched two of the people behind me get their order before me. It was clear that they were short staffed, and the two people working were overwhelmed with the orders. It was still frustrating, though, watching others get their orders that were placed after mine. The bagels were very good, just like I'd been hearing, and that helped make up for the wait.

I go there every once in a while.The bagels are ok....the service is ok.They ask you what you want. if your not paying attention the order goes off the tracks. They toast when you don't want it. They don't cut the bagel in half unless you remind them. The cream cheese is usually evenly spread. Granted, they are quick. $17.00 for (2) bagels and a Coke is $$$

Service was quick and seamless!! Staff were very friendly and gave me a Black Russian Big Cheeser with the works. They stuffed that bagel-wich with all the goodies I could’ve hoped for. I have to say, this has made me a regular and I can’t wait to get another order. :)

Bagels/food is good. But before you leave and to avoid any disappointment just check to see if your orders are correct!! It’s a hit or miss I would not spend more than $20 here anymore though.

I arrived exactly at 1:00. The woman working there was out of the door and the door was locked before I got to the door. I looked inside the shop. The bagel case was totally empty. Obviously she began closing everything at 12-12:30 to be out of there at exactly 1:00.I believe restaurants clean up after they close. Had I been there 5-15 minutes earlier there would not have been anything to buy. I actually thought they closed 2:00 or 3:00 pm. After the many negative comments I think I will forget I ever went to Max's Bagels in the past.

Good food and service. Tried the NY'er sandwich with cream cheese, lox, capers, tomato and onion and it was delicious. Super fresh.

The bagels are good however, every single time I come here they get my order wrong, even though I watch them write it down. And make sure to remind them while I see them making my sandwich, but when I get my order somehow they still managed to always give me American instead of Swiss and somehow they always managed to give me single meat instead of double meat. I’m in a hurry when I’m getting this kind of food I don’t have time to wait for remakes and I trust that once I told someone three times what I’m getting they would get it right but they just never seem to.I’m so done with this place

They microwaved the eggs sausage and bacon on sandwiches. If i wanted microwaved eggs i would have went to dunkin donuts. Bagels were ok and fresh but ive never seen this ever at a bagel shop mocr

I've made two separate attempts at purchasing a dozen of my favorite bagel for $15.49 the first attempt the lady in front of me bought them all except one. The 2nd attempt there was only 9 left and they made no offer to make more at 9am on a Sunday. I asked if I could at least get a discount since they're charging me 14.39 for 9 bagels instead of 15.50 for 13.Congratulations you've lost a regular customer of 2 years by showing that you don't appreciate your customers.More than that the man behind the counter refills all the bagels by placing the metal baking tray on the counter and placing the wire bagel basket directly on top of a dirty garbage can and then touching each bagel by hand transferring from the baking sheet to the wire basket, ignoring the box of gloves right in front of him. Avoid this place at all costs as it has really gone downhill

Rudest people ever! Charging $4.95 for one spinach bagel with butter. Very very mean when I questioned the cost and told me to go to the grocery store if I didn’t like the price. I’ll never go back!!!

The service was excellent but the bagel was nothing special. I had an egg bagel with butter and cream cheese and frankly it was more of a yawn than an experience.
