Google Photos VERY Misleading! The Photos are Huge Lunch and Dinner Menu Items, falling off the Plates. The Photos Looked SO Delicious & Yummy!!… We Paid $50 including a $6 tip, Our Dinners were, Cold, Skimpy, and my Daughter’s Baby Shrimp, ( Not at All Jumbo Shrimp as the Photo’s Advertised ) she got Shorted two Baby Shrimp! I would Never Recommend this Restaurant. I have Always thought their Menu was Overly Priced for this Area.I usually don’t write Bad reviews on Restaurants, Especially New to the Business. Because it’s A Hard Business To Build up A Good Dependable Cliental Relationships. I immediately called the restaurant to Complain about the Cold Food, and the Skimpy Servings! I told the Manager I was bringing back the Food, and Demanded my Money Back! She said, I apologize, We have A NEW CHIEF AND HE’s been having a Hard Time getting the Portions Correct. & she would refund me the fifty Back!I arrived 5 minutes later, and this Guy behind. Counter said, he could only refund $15, I said, WHAT? Yr manager already told me she would refund All our money. Our food is Cold, The Young Lady Said, 25 minutes, I arrived on time, The other lady said our food was sitting 8 minutes. I am Sorry Sir, cold Restaurant Food Makes me Sick, and there’s No way I am going to eat Cold Food.A Good Business Man, Would have Refund My Money!

I rarely write reviews, but I just want to thank you guys for an awesome couple meals. As a Manhattanite passing through, I was initially a little foreign and slightly skeptical to the idea of going to a restaurant in a strip mall. I’m so glad I tried it. So good. Came back. Highest quality food - so flavorful and fresh. Super clean restaurant and beaming, attentive staff. Comfort food in a comfortable environment at extremely reasonable prices. Wish it were in NYC. Thank you again.
Everything was amazing from the food to the service, everyone is very friendly and passionate about the food they serve. Tried an appetizer, entree, and dessert and all of it was delicious. Highly recommend!

I just left Merrrengue restaurant with the family and we were all so impressed with the service , dinner & hospitality. I am originally from Miami and come from Cuban , Puertorican parents. I know authentic Spanish food and this place is legit and is the real deal. We tried alot of different things, like the mofongo steak, Churasco , Beef and chicken empanadas and homemade juices. I had the passion fruit drink . It was served in a huge glass and had garnishes and looked like a smoothie from the islands. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a fine dining restaurant without having to drive to the big City. I give this place 5 stars !

Absolutely outstanding!! Everything was perfect.I started with "fresh juice with milk" which is the thickness and consistency of a smoothie.The empanada appetizer was incredible. The dough was crisp on the outside, flakey, and smooth center. The chicken was delicious, and the sauce was good to the last drop! Got fried plantains as an appetizer as well, which were great.For the main, I started eating before I took the picture, so it's not the best picture. I got the carribean chicken with creamed spinach, and yuca. All were delicious, but I the yuca was most memorable- tender and slightly crunchy, and a delicious sauce accompanying it!For desert, I got the flan, and WOW. 10/10Service was great, atmosphere was very pleasing. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.
