Group of friends that gather normally Sundays for mimosas by the water and a decent breakfast have gone to learn this morning 12/18 the weekend prior the new owners decided they will no longer offer breakfast and not open until 11:00. Sad state of affairs and last waterfront breakfast joint now gone. Stupid is as stupid does momma always use to say.

My wife and I are here visiting for the week and we discovered this awesome gem of a place with a tiki ambiance. The food was amazing and even better was our server MJ... She is an amazing soul and is so dedicated .... Thank you MJ for making our visit even more memorable. Cheers!

Had a great lunch; happened to hit "happy hour" so took advantage of some lower prices; :) it's in a great spot looking out at the river; shrimp quesadillas and fish and chips were great!

Friendly environment and I’m sure the water view is amazing but we went late. Lots of room in this place for a large group. Food was tasty and drinks were great ?

Burnt dry over cooked breakfast, our waiter was too busy to check on us because as you can see in the picture he was busy eating his own breakfast on the clock. Called to speak to a manager because one did not come to our table to apologize or see if there was anything he could do. The manager seems like he could care less he said I took the bowl off of your bill. Well I really would have liked a hot fresh breakfast. Definitely marking this place off our list, will not be returning. I don't see the door staying open much longer with attitudes like this.

The food was wonderful. I got the Tuna bowl and my tuna was seared to perfection. We also had a great server. She was very kind, helpful, and attentive. We will be back.

September 10.2022 @ 1:00 PM We just left Mulligans in Stuart (a party of 4). I ordered the Buttery Lobster Roll and expected a roll like a picture on the menu. The plate that I received was a huge "RIP OFF". The meal consisted of a hot dog roll that was less than half full of very small lobster pieces. The MAC and CHEESE were stone cold. The waitress did return to the table with a hot mac and cheese. The meal that I received was not worth $25.99. Mulligans don't care, or they would have at least reduced the meal cost on the menu. I don't think that we will be going to this restaurant again.

We stopped here for lunch as the Stuart Boat house was closed. I ordered the lobster roll that was buttered. There was probably 2-3 oz of chopped up lobster that they fried and put a side of butter with. So disappointing considering the price was $27.00. My husbands salmon salad was over cooked and dry. They also surcharged you if you use a credit card.

This place has a good location, but the chef has no idea about sea food cooking taste. The shrimps were very bad and I could only eat 2 and wasted the rest, the margarita pizza has no flavor, just a plain tomato sauce. We only had 3 appetizers and were not good at all, I can’t even think of how it would be a main dish. If you really want to enjoy some good food please do yourself a favor and do not try this restaurant.

Don’t waste your money!!! I ordered a clam chowder soup as my entrée, and had to wait over 40 minutes to get it after everyone else at my table got their food. When mine finally came it was cold and did not taste good at all. Service was terrible and the food was mediocre. Definitely not worth my money or my time!

Food was fabulous, had the burger bowl and firecracker shrimp nachos and had a foodgasm! Our bartender Kaytlen(sp) was fabulous as well. The bloody Mary is beautiful and tasty. You must stop in if you are in the area, you won't regret it.

Friday girls' night out. We sat facing the water, where you have to get up and do everything from the bar behind you: get the menus, grab your drinks, your silverware (mine came with two forks,) your food, and the check. The view was great though and for people watching aficionados it's the perfect spot. The food was ok. I had the Asian Tuna Bowl, my friends had the Firecracker shrimp wrap and the pork flatbread. This was off season, so I can't imagine how packed it gets in high season.

I have lived in Stuart for a few years and have seen this location several times, but never really took the time to visit until yesterday. I have received several coupons during the time I have lived here (I think they gave some out at the airshow one year) but I did not use them on this visit. Well, now to the review. The entrance is actually pretty bad, a long hallway kinda thing that takes you up and you turn right to even get a look into the place. Kinda put be in mind of some of the older gentlemen's clubs I have been in over the years. Upon getting to the hostess table, I notice a sign that says to seat yourself to my left and either new or old equipment sitting in the floor to the right. Seemed a bit odd to have wrapped equipment sitting in the floor but what the heck. So I sat down at a table by the window and noticed there are only 3 other tables occupied at the moment. It took 15 minutes before someone came to take my drink order, another 10 to get the drink. I ordered a simple burger and fries and started the waiting and waiting and waiting. About 30 minutes into the wait for the food a large crowd came in and I thought how glad I was I got in before they did. About 15 minutes, or 45 minutes after I ordered, I got a burger that was, in my opinion, really rough. I guess it could have been toasted, but it wasn't brown. It was however really hard. The burger itself was pretty tasteless even with bacon on it. Had to ask for catsup and mayo to try and soften the bun. The fries were okay and the tea stuck. About an hour and thirty minutes into the meal, I folded my napkin, laid it on top of the plate and tried to get someone to take my money. It was hard to get anyone to check me out. They finally did and I was blessed with a 3% up-charge that others have experienced. Not sure why the up-charge. I know many restaurants are doing it now as a way to increase profits (which is all it is). So that was my experience at Mulligan's. Not great, not horrid, just really tasteless food served slowly and charged at a premium. I will not be back.
