I encountered a health violation at this location. I ordered from pollo tropical through Uber eats and discovered a live small roach on the outside of the container. I was completely grossed out and immediately killed the bug with their napkin and tossed the entire meal out. I am 11 months pregnant, and this poses a health risk to myself and my baby. I don't believe it was from the delivery lady's car as it was in a big brown bag from pollo that was sealed in 3 places. Ive never had a roach issue in my home either. I will be unable to order from this place any longer. I never expected them to have such a health violation. I hope they get it corrected, and I hope no one becomes ill from it. A code enforcer should definitely be called out to this location to investigate further. I'm so disgusted!

Food was great but the service was very slow and one employee started my order and went to break half way through n didn't tell any other employee so my order sat halfway done for about 15 mins til I got another employees attention

Decent food for a decent price. I can't say it's a 5 star restaurant necessarily, but technically maybe 5 stars for a "fast food" restaurant. It is Real food for the same price as BK or MDs and I felt satisfied instead of sick when I left. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was polite and very patient with my kids as well. I will definitely return.

first time here .. sooo much bread for a tiny 4 oz dry chicken breast, and no togo utensils to eat my beans and rice.. totally feel ripped off.. how tiny the chicken was compared to the enormous bun. woulnt be eating here
First I had to wait a long time to place my order as the service area was a complete chaos and when I went to pick up my order they informed me that there was not what I had ordered, and they served me a hard and overheated chicken. I definitely won't be back.

They did not have Puerto Rican beans (red beans), avocado was not fresh and maybe even thawed from an avocado freezer bag. Employees did not know if any item was gluten free. Black beans were not that tasty. The place did not look too clean. I ate a little and got out of there. Compared to the Pollo tropical in Mayagüez Puerto Rico, this place did not even come close to the Mayagüez one.

I love Pollo Tropical but this location just keeps failing. Our last three orders have all had errors that we discovered after driving home. Tonight I ordered a wrap, it's on the receipt, and was given a chicken sandwich instead. They never give the sauces that you order in the bag. You have to ask for them every time. This means flagging someone down to ask and then waiting for one of them to get the sauces. This store used to be one of the busiest in town until people found out how bad the place is managed. This store could rival Chick-fil-A if they had the right team in place. Once again, I love the food - dislike this location.
