We order from Romas often, but will not be ordering from there again. Last weekend I ordered delivery at 5:00PM for a pizza and kids spaghetti. The girl told me it would be an 1.5 hour wait. I agreed. 2 hours later I call to find out where my order was, she gives me attitude, said we are the next stop, but wouldn’t give me an ETA. I ask to speak to a manager, and he states they are busy, but when the driver gets back, they will be deliver our food. I said “I thought we were the next stop”. He then gives attitude and says do you just want to cancel?! I said sure and he hangs up on me. Being a loyal customer, I would have expected to be treated a little better. If I were there owner of this establishment, I would be embarrassed by the way customers are getting treated.

The pizza that's called something like el Freda pizza which it's like a Margherita pizza. It's so good it's addicting. So joke. I could eat that Fresca pizza every night of the week. I which they delivered to riviera beach.Vegetarian options: Not sureDietary restrictions: Ask for whatever tou want. We have made the switch to Roma when Rusano's sold. We've had good pizza's every week. Good crust, cooked properly and not too greasy. Only area to improve is delivery timing. Have not had great luck with quick delivery even with us being a couple miles away, so we just pick up now.

Was highly upset with the food we got for $70 & the almost 2hr wait to get it delivered. Although the portions were good size the sauce tastes like straight tomatoes from a can, zero flavor, Alfredo sauce tastes watered down, meatballs were just OK. Mozzarella Caprese had barely any balsamic and I got the end of a tomatoe with a visual area from the stem that is not edible.Garlic knots and the chicken from the chicken parm were about the only thing that tasted good.Items were also given to the delivery driver not in a bag so we had to hold individual items while going back to our hotel room on the 3rd floor.
