stained carpets, clogged toilets, punk in bathroom sinks,trash on floors, spilled drinks not cleaned up, and some rude manager named Tammy she is the most disrespectful person there not only to the customers but the staff as well. I give it Zero stars

The place looks like it’s a blast but once your sitting down it’s awkward you share a couch with other lanes the couches need to be back to back not sectionals it’s invading and weird then they have tables at the couches that can’t be used why even have them there they don’t turn on the glow lites til late so young crowds don’t get to enjoy it much unless they stay late they have big projector screens but use little tvs it just seems like it could be better the set up for the whole thing is really cool an the double sided bowling alley is awesome plus the private bowl that’s great for party’s but it all just seems plain Jane not really screaming let’s go there again kinda feel sucks because it has so much potential but it’s just not

To all paying customers, BEWARE of any communication with John "assistant manager". He was very abbrasive, dismissive, rude, and completely disrespectful. Thankfully, other staff made the atmosphere much more palatable. Its unfortanet he is unaware of his lack of customer service or knowledge to communicate effectively without becoming abrasive. I do not recommend the establishment when he is in the vecinity.
Great place. Plenty of lanes, attended a retirement party.Only 4 stars because I only liked it. Would possibly love it if I went more than once

Front desk was extremely rude he referred to me as “boss” in every sentence and was no help with the questions I had. The bowling alley was busy because of league, which is no problem. However half of the bowling alley was open to the public. When I asked to be put on the waitlist he asked how many and I said 6 in which he didn’t touch the keyboard. Then he said “all good boss”. I asked “who did you put that under?” And he shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know who do you want it under” and I said my name. He didn’t type in a keyboard or nothing and looked at me and said “you’re all good boss”Terrible experience, bowling alley is nice but that employee must not have been having a good night or something. Figured I’d leave a review

Understaffed. Two visits by wait staff in two hours. Going up to the bar the line was too long. Alley conditions not the best. Approach had no slide at all, but it’s open bowling , not league. Food was great. Prices fair.

I went to sticks to shoot pool but I like the connection it's a decent bar but actually it's a really nice bar crowd was younger so the music sucked but still enjoyed it
