Only one worker in the evenings for this subway. Placed an order online for two foot longs. When we got there we weren't greated and the gentleman didn't ask if we had a pick up order or even acknowledged us until I went up and asked if the current order he was working on was for King. Worst subway I’ve been too. One of the workers threatened to hurt himself when he messed up my order. Gave the young man 3 more chances, each time i came in it was made wrong or he clearly didn’t want to be working. I reached out to management and the best they could do was give me a free 6 inch after i said I’d never go back because of this kid. I love Subway and usually shop here when I’m wanting a sub. Unfortunately, tonite, the young man behind the counter told us they were open for pick up only. Asked us to go to the other Subway instead. I’ve never seen a franchise operate like this. Poor business strategy. How inconsiderate to ask your customers to go to another subway. The other shop seemed overwhelmed as well. Try harder business managers. Have you seen your ratings on here?
