Excellent and quick service! Prompt and courteous customer service. The location seems new and is clean, bright and open. Will definitely be back and look forward to many more visits ahead.

This is the second time l have been at this place with my small service dog ( l have came numerous times without him), and the manager has approached very aggressive towards him. The first time she told me that " We don't allow dogs here. I replied he was a service dog. Then, she was mumbling that he must need to have his vest". I did not say anything to avoid a confrontation, and l was hungry and ordered anyway. But no lady, he doesn't! She was rude and even yelled at the young girl at the register.Today, l went back again, with my service dog. The guy that was preparing the sandwiches yelled: " there is a dog there" the manager, immediately came out and questioned the young girl at the register saying " We don't allow dogs here". Then, l said is there a problem?" And she looked at me with this evil eye and replied very loud, "No, l am talking to her". So l replied saying "He is a service dog and this is not the first time that you have came after me very aggressively". She even was expecting the young girl to notice if there were dogs inside, or not.That woman needs to be fired because she is not only rude and lack emotions towards people that have their service animals working at their sight. She lacks professionalism and manners.There are plenty of people that need jobs. This is definitely, not a job for her. Besides, no one ever smile or "Can l help you" or "Thank you for coming have came out of their mouth. I am speaking about the 3:00 p.m. shift.In addition, when l was talking to the woman, the man that prepared my wrap, was more into listening to the conversation, and my wrap was so bad and so spicy that l have to throw it away. ( l am 100% sure he did it on purpose because l also asked for no spices)Sorry, but l will never come back to this place.EDIT: It is very awkward that the owner doesn't take fault at all on any of the reviews left by customers that this place already lost. It seems like you did NOT read my review. The lady was mean, nasty, rude, unprofessional! We came to your place and many of us are treated like garbage. If these reviews don't say anything to you, then l feel bad for the customers you will keep on losing. I own a few businesses and l treat all of them with respect, because out of all the places around that provide the same service as l do, they chose me. So same goes to you. We chose you and paid for what we ordered.In addition, there was hardly any chicken and the wrap was bathed on hot sauce. And no, l will NEVER come back!!!

20 minutes to get a chicken wrap after waiting patiently they told me “ they don’t have rice “ Wednesday 2:00pm. all the time waiting for nothing… then another 15 more minutes later I finally get the wrap. employees on the food department are slower than a turtle, they take forever to do a simply wrap. It a shame ! Doesn’t seem they know what are they doing or not wanting to work. On top of that I said no spicy sauce e and guess who got a wrap dip on red sauce ?Nice facility but very bad customer service. And they just opened ! Hope the owner knows that customer service is .

Been here a couple time different days and times service is always poor. The young black girls that work there always have an attitude and don’t give friendly at all. Won’t be going here anymore I will drive the long distance for a better tropical smoothie with good service ! Also asked for a small cup for my baby so I can share my smoothie & the cashier advised me to buy another smoothie because they can’t just give me a small cup. That was a little ridiculous but ok.

Horrible service/management. I asked for an empty kid’s cup to share my smoothie with my 2 year old and the response I got was “We have small cups but we don’t give them out unless it’s for a smoothie.” So, you’re going to force a mother to buy another smoothie for her 2 year old when really the mother just wanted to share hers with her child that wouldn’t drink all of his on his own if she were to buy one just for him? This franchise needs to get a grip. And based on the other awful recent reviews about this location, it sounds like you need to replace management or whoever made these “rules” because I’ve never had a problem getting one small cup for my child at any other location. So, thank you for making it difficult for me and other parents who just wanted to make their nights easier. This small action shows a lack of compassion and kindness from your staff and that’s not a franchise that I want to support. An appropriate and well-received response would have been “Sure, here’s your cup. But just to let you know for next time, we don’t usually give these away unless you’re buying a kid’s smoothie.” You can’t afford giving away one styrofoam cup, but you can afford to turn down repeating customers — Makes total sense!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Normally a great place. Today I went and purchased a wrap and a smoothie. Upon opening the wrap, the lettuce was spoiled, it was red and past date. When brought to the attention of the associate, she did not apologize just shrugged her shoulders and said “All of our lettuce looks like that.” I asked if they had any other lettuce that they could please use to make another wrap and she said “No - it came this morning and all looks like that.” I asked if I could please have a refund then and she said “There’s no one here to give you a refund.” So no apology, so replacement, no refund. The lack of customer service or simple kindness was appalling. I will never return to this location. Such a shame as we have frequented this location and never had a bad experience until today. If you prefer fresh veggies and ingredients, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Psst. Save your receipts and do the survey to get steep discounts on your smoothies so you can try all the flavours. Well, that's what I tell myself as I order the avocolada smoothie for the tenth time in a row; love getting it with the Baja chicken wrap, too. The seating area is set up such that it's a great environment to work on my laptop, or for people to get together to work on projects/catch up on life.

I frequent this location often for both my wife and I. Today, I decided to try the new Chirozo Wrap for the first time. To my own fault, I didn’t realize it was not the normal chicken served on other sandwiches. After realizing the error, I politely asked if I could possibly switch the sandwich. I was met with a cold, “NO.” by the manager. She went on to say, “You took the sandwich. So, you can’t switch it. You can pay for another one but, that’s it.” That response caught me off guard because it wasn’t that serious. I get it but, her attitude was terrible. As much money as I spend there, she could have replaced ONE sandwich. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although I live in the area, I’ll drive to Brandon before I visit this location again.

I ordered a smoothie with extra banana. As the associate was making the smoothie, I noticed the bananas were black rotten. I asked her if I could have fresh bananas out of their cooler she said no they had to use the black bananas first. So I asked for the manager so I could have fresh bananas and not the rotten ones that she was trying to give me so the manager comes to the front and says oh we have to use these bananas first so I asked for my money back and left. Beware of the smoothie café and Sun City center. They will try to make your smoothie with rotten produce. I asked the sales associate that was making my smoothie if she would eat those bananas and she said no, she would not , but yet they want the customers to .

This why chick fil A is winning. Guy when to give me a extra jersey sauce with my meal I bought with a smoothie and I told the cashier to put a extra sauce. The other employee came an say no it 54cent. Now I have a dry sandwich as she said they already added sauce.

I’ve been to this location before today and had a great experience but TODAY I would like to say it was beyond perfect. I made my purchase and walked out and I accidentally dropped my smoothie spilling it everywhere in the parking lot. I did not get her name but miss ma’am you are an Angel. I wasn’t going to go back inside but she made sure I got another smoothie.. I know it was 100% my fault and I should’ve bought another one but it just made my day so much better to have an amazing act of kindness happen like that.Thank you guys! You’re awesome

We have been loyal customers since day one . Even walking in on them before they opened a few times . Went in today with a 40 dollar order and they refused us for only having a 50 . I had taken my husband to urgent care and only had cash and they would not sell to us . They’ll never see us again .
