As all over reviews say it is a scam. They lure you in with good samples then these devious Asians trick you into paying threefold for sub average Chinese food. The pork is of inferior quality that wouldn’t even be acceptable to feed a dog as table scraps. After I finished eating I as half the mind to fling my leftovers at them.

Heavily over-priced, sub par american-asian food. workers murmured when saying it's extra if you chose the pork option. Lo mein was soggy, overcooked, and flavorless. Mongolian chicken was super dry. Bourbon chicken was ok.

This people are SCAMMERS PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE !!!! I have a similar story to everyone else I order half lo mein and half rice and was charged for a 3 meat plate and then when I tried to ask what was I being charged for the cashier tried to act as if she couldn’t understand what I was asking. She then asked the assistant manager LING what is she asking and LING was very rude and dismissive and tried to case a scene all because I asked what was I being charged for just to come to the reviews to find out this is something they do often!!!!! Unfair business practices I will be reaching out to the BBB!!!!!! LING should not be assisting anyone with managing their business the way she conducts herself.

just ordered orange chicken and bit into a BONE. i spoke to the manager and he said “chicken has bones i cannot guarantee we don’t have bones in our food” and wouldn’t give me a refund.

PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. First ever bad review in my life (I always give benefit of the doubt and usually use good reviews). They charged me EIGHTEEN DOLLARS extra for me and my girl to each get shrimp instead of chicken in the combo. Instead of $10.99, it went to 19.99. Then they charged her $2 more to get half rice half noodles. They don’t advertise price on anything but the cheap normal chicken combos, but that upgrade doesn’t cost more than $3-5 even at nicer restaurants (which this was not). When I asked they were incredibly rude and the whole all line of workers all jumped in to reassure me that $53 was an accurate total and that I was essentially beat. And either the whole squad works on commission or quarterly bonuses, the 5 people that each own 20% of the business were all working there, or they managed to hire the entire top 5 schiestiest, most bitter employees in the history of the food industry because I didn't catch the slightest hint of a "sorry i know it's grimy, i just work here" vibe.The only shame about wasting my first ever bad review is nobody is looking up food reviews at a mall food court. I heard the guy right in front of me have a similar issue but I was starving and food court chinese bourbon chicken historically has a spell on me. Also, sometimed you gotta get burned before you learn not to touch the stove. Luckily, if you're reading this you don't. I spend money frivolously and always gladly pay extras for food so don't think I'm some penny pincher. This is a matter of principle, ethics, and integrity as well as human decency (which their should be at least a modicum of in even the darkest corners of the service industey). I'm off my soap box. Wasn't surprised to see this place had 1 star as the reviewers could make a support group with our shared grievances and collective trauma.
