This place opens at 6am. There’s always employees inside but choose to hide in the back until 7am. On the days that they decide to serve you before 7am, they give you room temperature food. To put the icing on top, they have an attitude. I guess it’s safe to say that they’re having their way.

This BK is very hit or miss. Today was a big miss. It started with the lady wearing the red shower cap with zero customer service skills at the drive thru. And ended with them getting all three meals wrong. I don’t plan on eating here again for a long time.

Always have a bad experience when I go to this specific location. The front counter personnel are unprofessional. They are on their personal cell phone while you’re trying to make your order!!! Update/ On 11/19/23 I had no choice but I dined again at this specific location. Once again, the girl at the counter was personally texting on her cell phone while I was making my order. I had to repeat myself. I kept my cool and did not say anything. Management, if you’re reading this, please manage your personnel!!!

Walked out. Unfortunately no "0" for service. Evidently my coupon was expired. Instead of figuring an accommodation like other Burger Kings have done in the past, they were very curt...bordered on rude.

I don't know if there's a mayonnaise shortage crisis going on but I promise you the amount that I got was so small that I had to go back and ask again out of my car. again it was the smallest amount of mayo the second time. I don't even think they put any on. I don't know what's going on with these people I guess there's a shortage not only that but my food was cold because of it. Every time I go to any not just this Burger King but any Burger King, I always get the worst managers and workers.

Stressi called me a dead ass today, because I waited 20 minutes for my food and then when I got it it was all cold and gave me food that was not mine she got mad at me because I wanted new food and then she called me a dead ass what that means? Terrible service just terrible do not eat here. All the people are all upset and mad and unhappy and nobody knows what they're doing.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
