Chicken nuggets and fries were amazing. For a kids meal to be under $5 is a bargain in this economy. Service was a bit slower than I thought with no customers and our cashier wasn’t very engaged but it could have been a language barrier. The food court is super cute and well designed and janitorial staff is constantly cleaning.

I guess this is the new normal . Laughing and making jokes with long lines outside the counter . No worries about getting food out but definitely it's about turning the music up and having a great time while at work

ordered a royal crispy chicken & I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant in the mall but when I asked them if this only came with half a chicken they were pretty dismissive. Very disappointing they are okay with these food standards.

The wait was long as it’s located in Food Court of Sawgrass Mills so be mindful. It’s definitely worth it, as my Impossible Whopper was made to order. However, the highlight was Staff member, Angela’s friendly nature…she even informed me of a Plant based BK Restaurant which I thought was amazing!!!

Worst staff ever they need to hire nicer employees who actually wanna do there job not rude ladies I ordered Popeyes right next to them unfortunately Popeyes ran out of bbq sauce so I’m like it’s ok I’ll ask Burger King but ohh I regret asking they immediately gave me attitude saying I have purchased nothing from them to receive any bbq sauce I offered to pay for the sauce they said no you chose popeyes

This Burger King at Sawgrass Mills was a good choice. There were only 2 people working, one in the kitchen and one lady at the counter. The menus were fine and fresh. We had to wait 6-8 minutes to get our food.
