We picked up some ice cream today after having Indian food and the restaurant and this was my first time trying to ice cream and it was pretty good. I would recommend.

The sundae on Saturday! Classic ice cream, soft serve, or scooped plus flying saucers, shakes, parfaits. Ice cream cake is also a flavor for a cup or cone.

The ice cream was delicious! Service was awesome. Staff was so patient (was having a moment on deciding which flavors to get). Final verdict was a medium cup with pistachio, vanilla cherry, and double chocolate. The best part was the team's patience with allowing me to try several flavors. Even giving me recommendations (which were all on point). Ambiance was welcoming and store was clean.

Great place. Very clean and the service was fantastic. I picked up my favorite flying saucers to take home. They tasted fresh like they were just made. Hands down 100 times better than the Carmen on W Commercial Blvd near 441. I will definitely be back.

great Dashers, but you MUST watch the teenagers making it like a hawk. They DONT follow the recipe. I ask for a Reese's Dasher and they ALWAYS mess up the layers. Usually they forget the peanut butter sauce, and use Reese's cup bits instead. or I'll get fudge in its place (ice cream, fudge, Reese's cups, I cream fudge reeses cups). The recipe is very simple - it's ice cream, peanut butter sauce, Reese's cups, ice cream, fudge, Reese's cups, whipped cream. It's not difficult, as long as the workers aren't lazy and actually LOOK at the manual! Manager must correct this.

Hands down one of my favorite places to go for ice cream. Friendly staff, nice small place. Wish they bring back the outdoor seating.

The service was really bad, store smelled like a dirty mop, ice cream had frost bite. When asked for the manager, a man named Alex claimed he was the manager and didn’t make eye contact nor apologize for the poor experience. Ive been a loyal Carvel customer for over 20+ years. Will not return to this location.

Carvel is the BEST. This place is clean and bright and pleasant go to. The ice cream is always freshly made. Love the Wednesday buy one get one free sundaes. Remember, Wednesday is Sundae!
I am frequent Carvel customer specifically at the 9360 location. But as of today, (October 29, 2023 at 3:49pm)I will not return here due to the extremely rude and disrespectful cashier that I encountered. I specifically picked out a cake which happened to be the last cake of the size and shade of green that I liked. I asked the cashier if she could write a birthday message on the cake in the same green that was on the perimeter of the cake and she replied yes. (I should’ve known better when she didn’t acknowledge me upon me entering the store). She brings the cake to the register with the birthday message but in a green that was 10 shades darker than I requested. I bring it to her attention and at this point she tells me the green wasn’t going to be the same green because the cake is a different material from the gel they use for writing and I don’t have to buy it if it’s such a big deal to me. This type of treatment is not acceptable especially if you’re promising something that you can’t fulfill. If she had mentioned this to me prior to sabotaging the cake, then it wouldn’t have been an issue. And then to have an attitude with me because it was clear that you made an the error is ridiculous. I’m extremely disappointed with the horrible service that was rendered at this specific location.
